I came into the store on 10/4/25 around 8:30 PM to speak with Septie, the store manager, as advised when I called earlier and spoke with Pat regarding a defective product. I was within my 30-day return period for my Ashton Cow Print Bag, and Pat informed me that I could return it, exchange it, or receive store credit.
When I arrived, I was told that Septie had already left for the night. I asked if another manager was available and spoke with a petite woman with curly hair and an olive complexion (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name). She was very unhelpful in resolving my issue. The bag has been shedding excessively — something that should not happen with genuine cow hair.
She told me that I could only exchange the bag if the same product was in stock, which completely contradicted what I was told over the phone. She also made an unnecessary comment implying that the bag isn’t meant for daily use and should be treated carefully to avoid sweat, heat, or moisture — implying that the blame was on me for the usage of my purse. I bought the purse intending to use it, not for display purposes.
The entire experience left a bad impression. I had planned to look for something to exchange it with, but after this interaction, I ndidn’t even want to browse further. At this point, I’m reconsidering future purchases from Coach and Coach Outlet. I even ordered the Snake Ashton, but I’m now debating whether to return...
Read moreAvoid Allen Outlet Mall at All Costs
If you value your time, money, or basic human decency, do not go to the Allen Outlet Mall. Their predatory and illegal towing practices are nothing short of a scam. It’s clear they’re running a money-making scheme in cahoots with two towing companies, targeting unsuspecting shoppers with the mall cops acting like vultures. We have proof.
Today alone, 27 vehicles were towed—many of them without legitimate cause. One older lady parked for 10min to collect and order and towed her before she could get back. They have tow trucks lined up at the storage units. One tow company hits by the restaurant side the other one does it from the other end. To make matters worse, they lie about the reasons for towing and refuse to provide any reasonable explanation. Their entire operation feels shady and unethical, as though the mall owner is actively profiting from this predatory arrangement.
If you park here, you risk having your car stolen—yes, stolen—by their towing partners, leaving you stranded and dealing with outrageous fees. This isn’t just bad customer service; it’s borderline criminal behavior. I will never shop here again, and I strongly encourage anyone reading this to take their business elsewhere.
Allen Outlet Mall should be ashamed of themselves. We will be...
Read moreI prepared for my trip to the mall today by printing off my VIP coupons which also included the coupon passbook for the mall. After spending 10 minutes finding parking and then walking trying to find the new mall office, I was informed they no longer have the passbooks as they have gone digital. While that's great and everything, I must ask why did the website allow me to take the time to search through the coupon offers and then print them off TODAY if they were no longer being used by this mall? I ended up leaving without entering a single store because I had wasted so much time getting the coupons and finding the office only to get nothing. Of course as I was leaving, my normal exit was now a one way entrance coming into the mall. That meant I had to backtrack and go out a different exit. Nothing was marked and I have zero problem never setting foot on the property again. Parking was already a nightmare but then they added the new stores in the middle. Do they offer tram service now for the essentially offsite parking? Serious question. ...
