Caleb as a salesman was informative n not too pushy. Infact he put up with attitude n still managed to figure out what solution i needed. He even made other suggestions but to no avail as i had already dealt/disliked other brands. Bless his heart, so respectfull n understanding of my grumpy attitude about beds that have no support on the edges/or sink in a hole (call rentacrane to get me out!). Who would have thought size of springs make such a difference as well as hieght?! I dont know if its the company's idea or whose but sheets were included with order. Pricey yes, still cheaper than buying out right by a good margine. Thanks for that, :) And one more thing: he actually makes the beds! Unbelievable till he gave us a tour. I have to say the foam was the hardest i had ever seen but its still the spring that makes the bed, guys! Lol Thanks...

I have had my Juna Sleep Systems mattress for just over a year. The mattress is very comfortable and the guarantee is outstanding. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars is the weight of the mattress. The men who delivered it informed me it weighs 150 lbs which may not be an issue for many, but for me it is way too much. I am 77, live alone and have arthritis in both of my hands and a bum shoulder. I have a terrible time lifting the mattress enough to tuck the sheets and blankets under the ends and corners which I didn't have with my previous mattress. When I called to see if there was any other mattress in the store that was lighter weight, I was told my mattress was one of if not the lightest. If the weight of the mattress had been shared with me when I went in to the store, I probably would have looked elsewhere for...

We had a great experience with Bruce and Caleb. Bryce answered all of our questions, was super informative and was no pressure. He was quick to respond to a couple follow up text message questions. When I went back to purchase the bed, Caleb was just as helpful. Made the process super easy and to my surprise told me the bed would be delivered the next week. They delivered the bed yesterday. Set up was quick and professional. Taking the time to make sure it was how we wanted it and explaining the operations. It’s hard to find great customer service but it was not lacking with Bryce and Caleb....
