When the weather is nice the Sunday Arts Festivals are always fun. I recommend parking at one of the garages on Calvert St. (Comming from Rowe Blvd is easiest) and starting there. Main St. is closed to vehicles and there are numerous artists, of all types, to enjoy and make a purchase(s) from if you'd like. Several musicians play throughout the day which only adds to the experience. Lots of people being their dogs and walk around too. The festival dosen't have many food vendors/trucks but many restaurants on Main St. participate and have outdoor seating. The festival is only moments away from the rest of downtown Annapolis as well.
