Foxley's Gallery Ltd — Attraction in Appleton

We gave him a painting to get stretched. Waited almost 2 months. He never did anything with it. He also doesn't even give you a curiosity call to let you know he keeps delaying doing the work he said he was going to do. So you'll be stuck wondering if it's done yet just to come to find out that he's just holding onto your painting but doing nothing. Horrible customer service.
