I took my wife to this restaurant in Cooper street for her birthday yesterday and she was disappointed which made me feel really bad. We had been here before but that was a long time ago. Our last time at an Olive Garden was at the new location in Grand Prairie and we really enjoyed it. First, this location at Cooper St smells really bad. I know the restaurant is old but cleanliness does wonders. It seems to me that a big part of it is the carpet. Second, the tables seem that are wiped down with dirty rags. Not only do they smell bad but also have this hazy streak marks. Third, my wife had the chicken and shrimp carbonara and she found quite a bit of skin and cartilage on the chicken that she kept wrapping in the napkin. She didn't eat all so we took the rest home which I ended taking to work the next day and to my surprise it wasn't her being picky because I found a few more pieces of skin and cartilage in the chicken. I have had chicken at OG before and it's been clean thoroughly so this was also a disappointment for me. As for the service, a thumbs up to our server Misael whom gladly exchanged my wife strawberry mango iced tea for a coke because she said the iced tea tasted like soap and actually had suds on the surface. We will stay away from that restaurant unless it gets a renovation or is cleaned up better.

Olive Garden has somehow snuck into the gluten-free marketing. The menu is minimal, and honestly, the food isn't wonderful. My husband had cheese ravioli. He said it was good, but not necessarily 5-star worthy. He also reported the breadsticks as ok but not exceptional. There is no gluten-free bread. The kids gluten-free options are minimal, but thankfully they have gluten free pasta. So, the food is about 4 star. It's a nice change, but not something I need to put into a regular rotation. The location is good. Lots of parking. Inside seemed nice but there was food on the wall where we were sitting. There wasnt a wait (about 6pm on a Saturday). I was amazed at the number of people at the front with the apparent sole purpose of seating people. They offer alcoholic drinks upon seating, but not the normal water, tea, sodas, or milk. We had to wait for the waitress for that. The air conditioning worked great and we were actually a little chilly by the time we left (a great reprieve from the heat). Overall, I would recommend but just manage your expectations.

5 stars for the service! 1 star for the food. High quality, little taste. This location is very nice. Clean, efficient service and fresh food. Our waitress Karen is an exceptional server. Our drink refills were never late or ignored, our orders were correct and she was available without being intrusive. Huge "thank you" to the team and the management. My only issues were the tea and the way everything seemed to have the same sort of flavor. The tea wasn't bad, but it could be stronger. The food was good but not really worth the price. It was all sort of bland and sort of lightly sweet...almost like cookie cut recipes. But that has nothing to do with the great service. The exceptions we're the incredible soups, salad, breadsticks and the cheese sticks! There we're amazing. Almost $90.00 for 3 bland meals is a bit much. Just not worth it. Also I personally hate Coke products. Pepsi option would have nice. I admit the images look great, but they are very deceiving. Not returning.

I purchased 2 Entrees and a kids entree from this location. I usually have a great experience but at a different location. Olive Garden use to be one of my go to choices for nice dining & take out. On 10/27/2023 I had a horrible experience. I went in store to order to-go at this location for an at home girls movie night. It was already late and wanted to enjoy a great meal with a movie. I order 2 entrees(one fettuccine Alfredo and one tour of Italy as well as a kids plate of fettuccine (as it is my nieces favorite) all for to go, BIG MISTAKE!! I called the store back right away when my sister and I had noticed about the 4th or 5th strand of hair deep into the fettuccine. We where utterly disgusted at this point. The store put me on hold for a long time! Waited to be transfer to what I guess was a manger, she did not seem to care at all!! Said she would issue a grift card to a provided email. I’m very disappointed with the experience and the way management handled the issue. It was ridiculous. They never reached back out nor issued anything. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION AT ALL!! If I could give 0 stars for the food quality and customer service I definitely would! I do have a video that it isn’t allowing me to attach of the hair in the food,...

After last night, I am compelled to update this review. We were seated on 1/30/2021 at 8:00 PM. Ray assisted us initially and then George took over as server. To get straight to the point, the customer service, speed, and just general care and attentiveness were the best we have ever seen in an individual server. George did an absolutely phenomenal job last night. I do not state this lightly. For background, comparison, and context, we have dined at four different “sit down” restaurants in the past two weeks. Two of those were to celebrate special occasions, and the other two were just to eat a decent meal after a long day. My wife is a front line healthcare worker (RN). The other four recent restaurant visits were Charleston’s in Fort Worth, Texas Roadhouse in Mansfield, Ruth’s Chris Steakhouse in North Dallas, and then last night at Olive Garden on Cooper in Arlington. We are routinely impressed by Charleston’s team-oriented customer service model, but George outperformed every other restaurant. The kitchen performed exceptionally well at the same time. The food was delivered rapidly and was perfectly prepared. It was just a great night overall. It feels good to go home after such stellar...
