Parkside Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Arlington

This is a hot take, but the food at the cafe is better than the Parkside restaurant. The Cajun pasta I got from Parkside Bar & Grill, and the chicken was really dry, and the pasta was stiff, which is weird because I tried smothering it in all the sauce, but no luck for saving the chicken. At the cafe next door I had a chicken sandwich one day that was very good, and a well loaded quesadilla that was amazing and I wish I could’ve taken the leftovers it into the convention center nextdoor. Staff was okay, although one waiter was a little hostile towards our party because we went from sitting at the bar to the table. While staying at the hotel I visited Parkside for an early dinner. Currently they have a smaller menu, but have great options. I originally hoped for room service but despite that not being an option at the moment, I was very pleased with the service, food and cleanliness of the establishment.

I received awesome service from Sam -immediately welcomed and taken care of. I ordered to-go, and without asking I received all the typical condiments/fixings. Food was packaged carefully, which I truly appreciate.

Atmosphere and staff are amazing. Very attentive staff that make sure to make your stay that much more enjoyable. We chose to order wings and they first came out the wrong flavor but then they were just a bit too crunchy for our taste. Drinks were great and the atmosphere was very professional and enjoyable. We plan on staying at the Sheraton again when in Dallas. They did have more options on the menu which we will have to try. Beautiful and clean....
