This is a very good coaster! For being RMC's first ever coaster, this ride is very impressive. I'll start with the trains, they are very comfortable and your lap bar will not come down throughout the entire ride experience. The first drop in the back row is awesome! You get very good ejector airtime going down it. The whole layout is filled with lots of banked turns with a few traditional airtime hills mixed in. The turns are very fun, almost all of them give weaker ejector airtime, but when there are so many of them, it doesn't matter how strong they are. My favorite part of the ride has to be that speed hill before the mid-course break run. It gives a wicked pop of ejector airtime. If your lap bar is not tight, you will go flying into it on this element. The return run through the tunnels is pretty cool too with the series of airtime hills and the near misses with the tunnels. For me, this is easily the best roller coaster at Six Flags Over Texas. If there is one coaster you should prioritize re-rides on it has to be this one!

The first RMC hybrid creation! This beast runs pretty slow in the morning making the second half of the ride feel more like a kiddie coaster. It definitely warms up in the afternoon. I hear the best time of the year to ride it is during fright fest when they turn off the trims at the top of the lift hill and at the mid course break run. Those slowdowns really take the wind out of the ride. Also the plexiglass on the sides of the trains is very annoying and confines you. Why does this RMC have that and non of the others do? Overall it’s worth a ride but not worth coming to the park multiple times for.

My daughter and I loved this ride! We got there when the park opened and headed straight here. We rode in the front and loved it so much we rode it again and this time in the back. The back was crazy! Holding onto the saddle horn was a necessity! No line in the morning. We were there this last week on Thursday. I love how smooth Hybrid Coasters are. I can’t decide if I like this one better than Twisted Colossus at Magic Mountain. They are both great!

This was a last second decision that I made to go. For the military people I am not sure if they will give a military discount there. More than likely you will have to buy your tickets on base. BUT I would suggest buying your ticket(s) at least three days in advance ($41.99)and that's the best price you will get. I would HIGHLY suggest a Flash Pass. The Flash Pass comes in Regular, Gold, or Platinum. These vary in prices. I would recommend the Gold or Platinum. When we went we bought the platinum which was well worth it. Make sure to bring your military i.d. for a discounted price. I believe it was $95/person and an additional $75 after that. For the Platinum pass only you don't have to wait in line for the Texas Giant. Only downfall for the Flash Pass is there's only a few rides where you don't have to wait in line. My favorite ride was the Titan. That ride had some serious G-force! I probably would have just rode that the whole time. Gives you a slight headache though! The food around the park was alright. You'd spend about $20 per person to eat for a day. Cannot remember where I did eat, but their burger was awesome! I would also recommend getting their big cup for free refills. Overall, I had a blast!!!! Crowd wasn't that bad and...

Terrible Experience at Six Flags

Six Flags, this is unacceptable.

I was entering the park with my family after a four-hour drive, finally taking my first vacation in three years. While unpacking our new camping bag, I realized some defensive items were still inside. Before reaching security, I did the responsible thing: I immediately disclosed it and asked to return the items to my vehicle so they could be properly secured.

Instead of being allowed to do so, I was escorted in and told I had to proceed into the park — only to be given a lifetime ban afterward. A lifetime ban. For being upfront and honest? For taking steps to ensure my family’s safety?

I have no record beyond a parking violation and speeding ticket. I had my five-year-old and two-year-old daughters with me, and after working 80 hours a week with no vacation for years, this was supposed to be a special trip. Instead, it turned into a nightmare.

Yes, security is important. But since when is there no room for evaluating circumstances? How does honesty and responsibility get punished with a lifetime ban? This sends the message that any parent who takes proactive steps to secure their family is treated as a threat.

This is not safety. This is despicable. Shame on...

I like the ride -- fast and powerful.

-- but. The lapbar has to really squeeze into your thighs though to be set. Kind of annoying for a 6 ft guy because your legs/feet have to curl into the car in an uncomfortable way. Hardly any other ride in the park is this tight on the leg room and thighs.

The line is one of the longest and slowest going in the park. And when you get up there, you see how 20-30% of the seats go empty every train because of single riders not riding with anyone next to them, people blocking the line because they all want the front row, people not getting into a ready position at every spot, people that chicken out once they pass through, etc.. Six flags really needs a staff at the line to pair up the odd riders, get people lined up at each station, and make sure the seats get filled. I can spend a whole day at the park during a slow day and wait no more than 5 minutes per ride, but then come here and it's over an hour long.

So, it's a great ride, but I'd rather ride titan 6 times in an hour, instead of wait forever just to...
