Office Depot — Attraction in Arnold Township

I asked bout 7 other people at different stores a technical question that no one could seem to give me a solution to. I saw an employee and figured i would give it another shot... Joe was his name. I made sure to write it down and told him I would write this review to make sure it was clear how much I appreciated his knowledge. Not only did I get the solution to my problems but he showed me various ways to go about it. 3 diffrent ways at 3 diffrent ease/price levels. They were a little light staffed at this location but they were pulling it off with ease. I arrived to pick up my online order. I checked in & waited for 10-15 min. I noticed 3 Office Depot employees coming out the door proceeding to lock the door. I got their attention telling them I've been waiting for my curbside pickup order. Brittany the female that locked the door responded by telling me that she did not hear notification that anyone was waiting. I offered to show her my phone that shows a notification was sent. Brittany said she is not allowed to open the door once it was locked. No apology or empathy whatsoever. I was shocked. My wife and I had just bought a Christmas present for the widow of my best friend, and we were anxious to get it to her before Christmas. We walked into the FedEx drop point in Office Depot at Arnold Commons and explained the situation to Brittany. We didn't have a box or cushion wrap or tape or anything except the gift to be sent, and Brittany was very helpful to point out where we could find these things in the store. She also helped us to select a shipping method which would get our gift there on time for the holiday. Brittany was very professional and polite as well.
