He didn’t just show me a bed; he seduced me into finding the perfect one. There were no uncomfortable sales pitches, just Mike’s smooth, velvet voice guiding me through the mattress labyrinth. His knowledge of springs, firmness, and the different types of memory foam was as deep as my desire to never get out of bed again. And he didn’t just sell me a mattress – he sold me a lifestyle.

I’m now sleeping like a baby and dreaming about Mike’s ability to make a mattress purchase feel like the best decision of my life. My sales clerk Steven was knowledgeable on the products that I was interested in. He was patient, offered different options and maintained good hygiene practices by providing a pillow proctor when I was trying the beds out. Steven made the actual purchasing process extremely fast. This is the first time that I have purchased a mattress from this company and looking forward to seeing if this company provides a better quality product than the previous local mattress company that I have done business with. Also the shipping is faster than other places in this area. However I just made my purchase on a Sunday and supposed to receive my mattress on Wednesday. Originally Steven stated that I could have the mattress on Tuesday however once Steven looked at the delivery schedule, Tuesday was already booked up. Hopefully the delivery will be on time and my new mattress will arrive in great shape. If not I’ll be updating...

My wife and I went into the store just a few minutes before they were supposed to close, Payton greeted us and was super helpful. She spent the better part of an hour helping us pick out the perfect mattress that met all our needs. We didn't purchase anything that night,and the following morning my wife went down the road to Mattress Firm just to see what they had to offer. She got there not long after they opened, the staff there were very short with her , kinda Rude and not helpful at all. She returned to Mattress Warehouse and purchased the mattress and accessories we had chosen the night before.
