September 10, 2024 Tristan is amazing and I benefit from his massages in body, mind and soul. He has tamed my many body issues and PAIN numerous times and gifted me with glorious full body massages leaving me ready to take on the WORLD..... well, maybe just Ashland!

June 4, 2024 Returned to have Tristan work again on my shoulder. With an hour devoted to just my shoulder and back, I was able to leave the following day for about 5 days of Grandmother duties!

May 2024 Mother's Day gift for me was a TWO HOUR massage with Tristan! How lucky I was. So ready for two hours of complete body bliss. BUT, none of Tristan's doing, but moments after my massage began, I experienced a severe muscle spasm just inside one of my shoulder blades. Tristan was emmediatly able to change our planned massage and focuses on my shoulder, back and neck. After two hours of challenging massage work; I left with more relaxation then I have experienced in over 6 months! Thanks Tristan!

February 2024 I've seen Tristan two more times now, and after each massage I have felt noticeably better. His techniques, observations and suggestions have gone a long way to solving my issues completely!

UPDATE: Three weeks later.... feeling much better but seeking to make sure my muscle spasms do NOT return. Had a follow up massage with Tristan and feel amazingly wonderful. I look forward to receiving help from Tristan in the future!.................

I have been experiencing major muscle trauma for the last two weeks. I have had appointments with two medical doctors and a trip to urgent care because the pain was so bad. Two days ago I received a massage from Roseann Orr and today another massage from Tristan Giannini. Thank the heavens, both therapist did EXCELLENT work and have given me so much relief AND their caring natures shine through everything they do! I can't speak highly enough of the massages I have received at Chrysalis...

I wanted to take a few days before posting anything, allowing the facility to contact me regarding negative comments on their followup email. Yet no one has contacted me. They make such a point of ensuring client satisfaction on their website, but not the case.

The massage I received, was okay, but there was definitely room for some improvement There were two specific areas I went in needing focus on, making these needs quite clear before the massage. One area was addressed, but unfortunately, one was not. I found there to be too much wasted time and silent massage, on other areas than I would have liked. I also mentioned that I am uncomfortable in the face down position, since having a mastectomy. I was ensured that she would do most of the massage face up, yet I did not experience this to be the case. She ran out of time, once I was face up, and the front of my legs were not addressed at all. OK, so .. much apologies for this late post as my body was corrected from its decrepit state on Tuesday. This is my second time being there and it's becoming more and more obvious that you have some ridiculously talented body workers. Having gone through a shiatsu school years ago and giving / receiving multiple and varied body sessions, I have at least a partially unhindered outlook on the types of work I've received. Tuesday was HEAVENLY...(image of deer, blue skies, flying fish, white clouds and a frog named Todd in my mind). And who made this a reality...RAVEN. My goodness young lady...you took years off of my life. Might as well have gone in with a plastic scalpel. Tremendous!! I am so looking forward to landing a foot within your fine establishment again. My two boys tend to tighten up my neck, shoulders and back. But after this second session, first one with Jessica, I can't wait for them to torture me some more so I can get knotted...
