We drove from Grants Pass (about an hour) to go to this place. They were very well stocked. However we were looking for something very specific so they made me an appointment t.ent to meet with the lead designer a couple days later. When we met for that appointment were treated like family and the designer hooked us up with exactly what we were after. The cost was a lot less then I expected it to be. Very happy with these people. Had a great experience there....

Oh, where do I begin?! The staff is absolutely terrific and helpful and knowledgeable! The costume shop...there are two stores... is awesome!! I believe Erin said they had over 40,000 costumes available to rent, or buy!! I got my pirate outfit there and it was a really fun process trying on all sorts of pirate gear!!! I highly recommend this...actually...
