Staff was pretty rude and not very helpful. I had to ask for help when they had staff members sitting around doing nothing. When I finally got help they were rude. I asked which Godzilla art Magic the Gathering cards they had and they told me to be more specific on which ones in a snarky way. When I mentioned a card they mentioned on how it was “pricy” and go figure they didn’t even have it. The prices there aren’t the best to begin with. If you want better customer service you’re better off going to Gnome Games, The Game Capital or God Father Games. The employees at those places will actually approach you and ask you if you need any help without having to ask and they’re actually down to earth with you. Not a good first experience with my kids. Price gouging on new decks because of "current market value" doesn't seem like very honest business. I'm sure the staff is busy due to "online orders". I always try to support local brick and mortar but when you do things like that, it makes it hard to go back. Was also told "to go back to the store where I paid market value for the deck I was looking for, which was supposed to be a gift for my son. Again, a simple I'm sorry we can't sell it for that price instead of a "go back to the other store" would have been okay. Maybe you sell a lot of cards and maybe your busy but if you treat new customers that walk in your store front that way, maybe you shouldn't have a store front. Had a good selection but unfortunately don’t know how to sell it… they had an ETB we’ve been looking for. When we asked how much (not marked-understandably) we were told “I have no idea.” After a beat, they asked someone else (Amanda) who said “A LOT of money. What?! It’s a real answer!
