I went on Dean's Past to Present Tour with my boyfriend, and we were absolutely blown away!! Dean is an exceptional tour guide. He's knowledgeable, engaging, and a truly gifted storyteller. From the moment the tour began, we were captivated by the depth of history, the fascinating anecdotes, and Dean’s passion for Aspen that came through in every detail he shared. We came across Dean’s Aspen Walking Tours on TripAdvisor and decided to book “The Darkside Tour”. The tour was informative and entertaining... the perfect mix of history and creepy. This tour was awesome! So awesome that we ended up booking “The Cemetery Tour” for later in the week. The Cemetery Tour was incredible. Dean has spent an incredible amount of time researching the long forgotten people buried in this beautiful old cemetery. This tour is a must if learning about the history of Aspen is your thing. My husband and I always book historical, ghost, and paranormal tours in every city we visit (Charleston, New Orleans, etc) and these were 2 of the best tours we have ever been on. It’s obvious that Dean spends time doing the research and putting together quality tours. Dean’s Walking Tours are an ABSOLUTE MUST if visiting Aspen.
