My dermatologist is Dr. Alexander, she is amazing. I've been to many dermatologists and was prescribed Rx's that were too harsh, cause chemical burns and just made my acne worse. Dr. Alexander listened to my concerns and prescribed Rx's/compound cream that not only helped the acne/flare ups, recurring acne, and hyperpigimentation. She allowed me to smile again and not feel self conscious about my flawed skin. I truly appreciate her professionalism, quality of care, ability to listen, and her kind spirit. The support staff was amazing, but unfortunately Dr. Ly was unprofessional, rude, and completely unhelpful. He spent zero time actually listening to my concerns, and was convicted in his own belief of what was wrong (even when it made zero sense). He made his own assumptions before even looking at the impacted area of my skin!! He straight up told me to my face that he would do nothing to actually fix my problem. And he was right cuz here I am over a week later on his regimen and matters have only gotten worse. I recently had MOHS surgery at the Howell Mill clinic, and think that Dr. Dirk Robertson and all of the staff there were just great. The scheduling process was very flexible, and Dr. Robertson and his team are highly skilled, friendly, and focused on patient care and comfort.
