The Ageless Center — Attraction in Atlanta

I am conflicted about how many stars to rate this practice. It would have been FIVE stars for the first year. Now, I am STRUGGLING to give it as many as TWO stars -- solely based on my interactions with the woman who has taken over the receptionist position since I first experienced Ageless Center.

When I first went there, my experience was great. The gentleman who worked the front was helpful and extremely personable. The hours were fantastic (evenings & weekends)...and I could even just walk in whenever I wasn't able to schedule something. The one caveat was that the doctor was anything but light with his touch. I'd only received a couple Botox treatments ever prior to visiting the Ageless Center and the injections never came close to being as painful as they were at Ageless Center. Also, I was turned onto Xeomin. I liked it enough to continue getting it. HOWEVER, I would specifically request NOT to see the doctor and chose to see the woman who worked in an adjacent office with a MUCH lighter touch and a much more perceptive approach (would do smaller injections to lessen the lengthy painful ones the doctor would do...and would talk to you as she administered them to keep you powering thru discomfort).

I have been trying to get back in there, but they have been closed at 4:30PM on weekdays and before Noon on Saturdays. I've called repeatedly for the hours (which are posted NOWHERE on their website or anywhere else) and the EXTREMELY (& consistently) RUUUUUDE woman answering the phone denies, denies, denies that this ever could have possibly happened. She went so far as to tell me outright that I was wrong. No discussion or hint of basic customer service skills.

One time, she told me they were closing at 4:45 or 5pm. I told her I could make it by 5pm, but not before 4:45pm as I was driving from Alpharetta. Keep in mind, I LIVE IN THAT AREA, so I KNOW commute times...and she had the GALL to argue with me that I'd never make it in time over and over again. I told her I would but she suddenly said they were closing at 4:45pm and I'd have to make an appointment. I called back to see if they were open another day, and she was UNABLE again to tell me the hours of the practice. I told her I needed to walk in to which she told me I couldn't and needed to schedule an appointment.

I called again just now to confirm the time they'd be closing today. She (AGAIN) says "we close at 4PM but sometimes we stay open later if they just keep coming in." I asked if I should call back in a while to see what their "updated" closing time was and she said (no exaggeration here), "well...[insert overly dramatic exasperated sigh]...I mean, it's already close to 4PM, how late do you want it to be?"

I am SO angry that she can get away with talking to people like this. I have tried for WEEKS to get in and have been blocked at every pass by this horrible excuse for a receptionist. What changed? Where happened to that great guy whom USED to be our first point-of-contact? I am trying to spend my money with you. AT THE VERY LEAST, tell me the friggin hours...and STICK...

I almost never leave reviews, but the care and services I received during my recent visit to The Ageless Center are too wonderful not to share. I am new to all of the face injections, but I have been filmed at work doing some training recently and was unhappy with my "on-camera" appearance. But, I was very, very worried about dipping my toe into the injectables water after seeing so many of my friends have too much work done. If I had known about The Ageless Center I could have saved myself the worry! Angela, Brittany, and Cindy listened very attentively to my request about wanting a less is more approach. They explained my options thoroughly and answered all of my many questions patiently. There was not an ounce of pressure or up-selling, in fact, they explained how to achieve the effect I wanted taking a more economical route using different products. They were very conservative in my treatment, offering to see me at no extra charge to touch up my results later if I felt like it was not enough. There are not enough words to express how thrilled I am with the results. My husband did not even notice that I had anything done! Every conversation that I've had since my visit includes comments like, "Did you change foundation, what are you using?" Or, "You look great, did you get some good rest?" If you would like professional, knowledgeable, and attentive service providers that really take the time to listen to what you want for a very surprisingly reasonable price, then do yourself a huge favor and book an appointment at The Ageless Center. Thank you for giving me a much needed confidence boost, I left the house with no makeup on my face for the first time in...

Convenient location, prompt service, clean atmosphere. I was a first time client interested in microdermabrasion and dermal filler Radiesse. Never having either done before, during our consultation it was discussed my reasoning for wanting the filler, I explained for video/photo aesthetics I don’t like wearing make-up all the time and I wanted to soften the appearance of my nose in some angles to not be self-conscious in front of the camera.

Anyways, the doctor was very honest and firm which was refreshing. He could have easily misled me into thinking the procedure would work in my favor, he politely told me I would be silly to mess with my face (there is nothing wrong with it) – I can appreciate that. “Get out of here” lol I wanted to get the micro but they only do it on limited days which is understandable. I am glad I went, after watching or reading about something its best to go and see exactly what it can or can NOT do for you! I left informed and educated. I’m not disheveled or anything; he didn’t take my $ like most businesses do which says a lot about the character of this business and for that, I would recommend at least for consultation – honesty is missing in business.

Nice to know they are not money hungry and only proceed with services they can feel confident about and stand by. That is never a bad thing in a business. My interaction with the rest of the staff was limited, albeit they do come off very strict stern diligent and professional which for some people can be taken the wrong way, I can easily see why some reviews feel the temperament wasn’t welcoming from some of...
