I am on a different account, but the last review was mine. After extensive google search, I found out they teach these people to scam you. I was able to get it cancelled the same night...after getting the incorrect email corrected over the phone. If I get a charge for this, I am fighting it to all heck. I have the screenshots of my cancellation. I am not paying for this service. I will not be back to this store or any FYE ever again. It's expensive to begin with and they try to fake you out with their false 'rewards' program. DO NOT FALL FOR THE VIP SCAM. Edit: If this happens wait 72 hours for the card to activate. Go to the website on the pamphlet they gave you. Activate your account with the email they put in the system. Go to your profile, click membership, then click cancel membership. This most likely will not work. For good measure, contact them via 'contact us' (multiple times) to cancel it. Make sure you say you will cancel the associated card (even if you have to lie about it) because these people will do all they can to keep you on file. Check Reddit - this is a pure scam. Read morei loved fye but at my recent visit this weekend they tricked me into two memberships. they pitched the vip card by saying 'its free, not a credit card, etc' and then right when you finalise it she told me it was a subscription. i said 'do i have to say yes?' and she said 'yes i already put your information in sorry, but you can cancel as soon as you get home.' she kept telling me to just go home and cancel it as soon as i get home. i emailed fye as soon as i got home, no response. i called today and they told me its not in the system yet and it takes up to 72 hours (which it has been over) and to wait to see if i get charged then they can help me. they also had me sign up for magazines which i was able to cancel today luckily. also i bought something labeled $10 and it rang up as $29.99 but i was too upset that she just signed me up for something before telling me it was a subscription and not letting me cancel it to mention the pricing it at the counter. ive never had a bad experience until now and im very...

My cashier was Catlyn, I was happy with her, but the one she was working with was atrocious. Complaining to at least two customers ahead of me about how her boss called her in at 8 this morning to work at a store (the one I was at) an hour away from her. I mean she would not shut. Up. This shows bad customer service. I'm sorry she had to come in, I really am, but when customers come in, they don't come to hear about your problems. They come in to purchase a product and get friendly tips or ask if I found everything I was looking for. If you didn't want to come here, you could have said no thank you.
