I love pilates 64 classes in, and the CP Center + Balance classes, which teaches us different ways to stretch our bodies, is great. Each instructor has shown me a stretch that helps my body remain fluid. More of these classes should be offered. Though I empathize with Club Pilates-Rotunda's two instances of petty theft (because their personal belongings were left unmonitored), I still do NOT like being left outside until someone is ready to unlock the door, ususally 10 min or less before class. It is particularly rude when staff look us in the face, then turn their heads, ignoring us, as we stand and sit outside waiting, or are annoyed because they have to open the door. Arrive early to find parking, which has now been limited to 1 hour or less, unless you park in the garage (4 hours free) or on the street. Then, you wait to be let in; if you are 5 minutes late, you may not be allowed to participate in class or even enter. All instructors do not enforce this rule. They will offer the opportunity to participate in the next scheduled class, but the CP Center + Balance classes are not offered back-to-back. Whether or not members are charged, depends upon who is managing the desk. I also do not like being treated like I may be a thief as Kasey or Sierra can become hypersensitive about where we stand near the desk as they work on the computer. Always check your bill, and see Sierra, the manager, if there are any unexpected fees. The staff leaves notes in their computer about members, without their knowledge. Sierra offered me a cancellation of my contract, without penalty or one month notice, which I accepted. I have no idea who Julianne is, so I was shocked to hear that she left a note. I've talked to Mollie many times. Recently, I noticed her covering a pink sticky note, as she asked me questions; but, I never asked her to pass any messages either. Plus, I had already expressed my concern about the 10 minute rule to both Kasey and Sierra, togther, at the desk. They both responded with eye-rolls and sucked-teeth and haughtiness. Today, Sierra told me that she, Kasey, and Ron (the owner) like their rules. I explained that the "rules" are not consistently followed, and she and a few others can be rude. Sierra said until they feel safe again, the rules will remain. I get that having your property taken makes you feel violated. However, having a credit card stolen because you did not secure, nor monitor your purse, is not a safety issue. Everyone deserves to be treated with courtesy and respect at all times period! Some instructors are very good at explaining the expectation and modifications. Others are clearly making it up as they go. Some also lose track of the count, leaving us doing more on one side, or forget to have us do the same exercises on each side. I've only witnessed two instructors who consistently have a plan in writing that they are following. However, I also know that teachers with a lot of experience do not need to write anything down. Planned lessons flow; lessons on the fly don't. They seem to be demonstrating and explaining the positions and accommodations more. After each class members are asked to wipe down everything he or she has touched. This is not always done, and there is always dust and strands of hair on the reformer and under it, and on the box. I don't think anyone cleans the floor with the reformers. The bathrooms are always clean and stocked. Most of the members are very nice people who span all races, ages, and both genders. It's like a little community, especially if you take the same classes, at the same time, with the same instructor. NOTE: They do NOT close during inclement weather. They also manage Pure Barre. They give discounts to students, the military, and first responders. 4 classes are $109 per month, 8 classes are $199 per month, and unlimited classes are $229 per month as of this posting. With unlimited, the computer will only allow members to register for 15 classes at a time. Fees and rates may change later.

I am absolutely obsessed with Pilates! Kasey is nothing short of amazing—every class is a fresh adventure that keeps me on my toes and pushes me to conquer my limits! The energy at Club Pilates Rotunda is fantastic—it's a welcoming, no-judgment zone where the atmosphere just radiates positivity. Plus, Kasey is always there with modifications to make sure everyone can get the most out of each session. I’m excited for every class!

I’m giving four stars because of the amazing instructors. I love going to each class and having a different class each time. I feel better than I have in years, thanks to Pilates. The reason for the four stars is because of the fees. The monthly membership is expensive ($229) for unlimited, but if you cancel a class with less than 24 hours before class time than you are charged $15 (though at some point I believe they mentioned this would be going up to $20 or $25). I understand charging for a no call/no show. But this morning, I woke up to a sick kid. I called and begged for the fee to be waived and the receptionist couldn’t (not her fault, of course). So if you are a person who is on a tight budget or has a busy life with children and/or non-typical work schedules be prepared to pay more than the monthly amount because there is no forgiveness with missed classes. I’m a first responder and I have two small children. So because of my job and personal life, I’ve had to miss 3 classes this month with little notice. So for me, this month I’m paying $275 for 8ish classes. Might as well...

I have been going to Club Pilates at the rotunda four times a week for the last two months or so, and already have seen a huge amount improvement in my posture and, most significantly, my mental health. It is my favorite self care activity and the staff and instructors are great.

Kasey is amazing and each of her classes is different and targets different parts of the body. Her one on one focused classes are also super beneficial and have helped me with my form.

Kelly is also someone who I trust completely and is thoughtful and intentional about form. She is very specific about how students can improve and how to hold your body correctly. I appreciate her feedback and have learned so much from her classes.

I’ve only had a few classes with Elizabeth and Teresa, but they are both helpful and kind. I especially enjoyed Teresa’s center and balance class, and have adapted a few of her suggestions and exercises at home.

The front desk manager, Cierra, is also super responsive and helpful, and has been so understanding when I’ve had a few issues pop up that prevented me from...
