I recently visited your store and had a very concerning experience with a supervisor named Holly, who identified herself as the manager. From the moment I arrived, she appeared visibly aggressive, agitated, and seemed bothered by my presence — without any clear reason or provocation. Her behavior escalated to the point of yelling in front of my child, which was not only unprofessional but also deeply unsettling. Both she and another coworker contributed to an atmosphere that felt tense, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable. What made this experience especially troubling was the tone and attitude displayed, which raised concerns around potential racial bias and a clear lack of cultural competence. My friend who never complains or gets annoyed about ANYTHING wont go here because they’re awful. We will go out of our way to drive to the Starbucks in Charles Village or Timonium even though this one is right next to her gym and walking distance from our homes. She went in for the last time a few weeks ago. The manager saw a friend of hers behind my friend in line, went around and hugged her, chatted for a few minutes and took the other woman’s order first, making my friend late for work with a 20+ minute wait for a REGULAR COFFEE. All the other stores seem to get it right. Something is terribly wrong with the...
