This store does have friendly staff.
They moved from their Light/Lombard Street location down to Pratt Street across from the Inner Harbor. I have a much longer walk to get here. So, I do a lot of research online beforehand, just to avoid them not having something I need. It's happened a few times in the past and today was no different; I really needed a heating pad for my neck, so I could keep working. The one they had online for $30 and was also in the store, really wasn't supposed to be in the store on the shelf for sale, as it was??? since the code wasn't coming up in the registers system. The assistant manager was unable to override it and so I had to buy a more expensive version for $44.
While walking back to retrieve the more expensive version, I also got bumped to the back of the line. It's less than a 10 second walk, but it was too much to wait apparently. That lady needed a little assistance, so it was another 5 minutes before I got run up and able to get out the door & get...

Recently, I was attempting to make a purchase of about $50 worth of goods and was completely ignored by the lone cashier at the front counter who was punching numbers into her cash register from a piece of paper. No "Hello, I will be with you in just a minute". I walked over to the self check-out stations. One was in use and the other out-of-service. I walked back to the cashier and asked her if she was open. Which is the time the store closes, so had they turned me away I would have understood. But I saw them let 2 customers into the store as I was walking up the ramp to the door. This is when they refused to let me in... I only needed to use the atm real fast, I would have been in and out in 30 seconds. Way less time then the customers they let in right before me...
