iFusion Express — Restaurant in Baltimore

It is similar in taste to that of a in-mall hibachi restaurant, but it does poke which is gaining popularity in the east coast recently. Based on my compatriots scoring, the Poke Burrito was a 7 out of 10. It didn't have the same punch and flavor as her favorite spot, but it was still fresh and doesn't tire itself after a while. However, she was disappointed that the tuna happened to be a mash instead of whole slices, but it isn't unheard of not does it take away the taste. I chose to try the Beef Bento Box which comes with 4 California Rolls, two Beef Gyoza, a handful of Steamed Mixed Vegetables, and Rice topped with Seasoned Beef. The beef is tender and has a sweet buttery taste that coats the tongue. The rice itself is on the softer side with a small bite within the center. The gyoza is perfectly crispy without irritating the throat with a layer of oil. The California Roll could have been a bit tighter as to not break apart, but the ingredients are fresh. The steamed vegetables are good, not frozen and does not have a tap water taste that turns vegetables bitter. Overall a good meal, I would not mind eating it...

We usually get takeout from iFusion on occasion. It's always the tofu bento box for him and chicken or beef bento box for me. It's simple, easy, affordable and hits the spot. It's a good deal. The tofu is fried and has a nice chewy texture that holds well. The sauce for both types of bento boxes is not overly sweet, overcooked, greasy, or too salty. And all the components (the sushi, steamed vegetables, gyoza) are all done well. It's well balanced compared to other casual Asian fusion inspired restaurants. Their boba tea isn't bad either,...

Yesterday me and my husband went to the aquarium to celebrate our anniversary. After visiting, we were so hungry and wanted to grab something light before we headed home. Honestly, I was so hungry and I didn't feel up to walking after walking the aquarium. Thankfully, iFusion Express is right there! The food was such a lovely surprise. I got the Hibachi Chicken bento box, and it was seriously one of the most delicious things i've ever eaten. The service was good, the food was amazing and the pricing was so affordable! Such amazing food....
