Luckys Coffee, Ice Cream & Candy — Restaurant in Baltimore

I've been to this establishment on multiple occasions and every time I've left with a big smile and awesome tasting ice-cream. The staff are super nice and one of them has a great singing voice! I've seen from reviews that people say there is confusion around the signs but it doesn't take a college education to listen to the staff when they ask you if you could come order at the register instead of the where the ice-cream is.

I don't know about everyone else but I've never had a bad experience here. Despite seeing the staff be constantly disrespected by rude customers, they've always done their best to be kind and courteous to them. Mix-ups happen? They're on it. Being yelled at? They've kept their composure and completed the service. I've even seen someone spit on a staff member and what did that staff member do. They completed the order and then walked away.

It's amazing how people treat those who are providing a service to them. People can be really cruel. Hats off to you all for making the experience of getting ice cream a fun one and being troopers through it all.

And to all those who are just angry at life and take it out on other people: Calm down and eat some ice cream.

This past Sunday, great weather for Ice Cream. Conveniently located, decided to stop by, of course there was a line. From that moment forward, things only got progressively worst. The gentleman taking orders, did not know the menu. We had to settle for less than desired options as they options desired were not available. The support staff, wasn't exactly "eager" to get people their items. Also, the point of someone taking the order (and money) is so that I don't have to repeat the order (as we were forced to do) over and over again. The ice cream is okay, nothing worth getting out of your way to come here. I personally added a milkshake, mostly for the convenience of eating/carrying my ice cream.
