Bluff City Escape Rooms — Attraction in Bartlett

We have done a number of other escape rooms. Our first here was disappointing. The puzzles we're mostly fun but some needed to be 'refreshed' as in extra paint apploed. Also one puzzle that you needed to listen and watch for lights was very difficult because the lights were so dim in the room and the room lights could not be turned off. Also the audio was way too low. We asked repeatedly for help to no avail. The game master seemed to be disinterested in assisting us. We lost in a very anticlimactic manner with the game master entering the room and turning on the lights and ushering us out of the room and building quickly without a care to wether or not we enjoyed the game. This is a local business that I would like to support but if this is how one is treated we will not be back.. huge...

Very fun! Price is Great compared to other escape rooms. I have only done one at this location at the moment, but will be going back shortly! I do plan on completing all the rooms that they have available before they start adding new ones.

Why 4 stars? I have been to a few of the "chain" escape rooms which are more expensive, but the details within the room are greater. As chain's tend to have a larger budget you can see why this would be so. I believe that this location is a locally owned establishment which is doing well! I look forward to seeing them grow and rooms become a lot better and more detailed. Now I can only speak for the one room that I have been in so as I complete more of the rooms I will update...

We had an awesome experience here we chose the theater room it was my daughter's sweet 16 birthday needless to say we did not get out of the room however it was super fun and challenging I do plan to go back with some adults to conquer that room and probably many others there, we were so welcomed it was a warm homey feeling of just going to your neighbor's house next door and hanging out I like the feel in the building we were educated properly on what to expect we were offered pictures once we left......hassle free and kid friendly....we just had an...
