I preorder Hogwarts Legacy for PS4. Went there today at 12. Tried to explain the situation. I was cutoff from finishing my sentence. Made it as if I was rushing him. All I wanted to do was explain that I wanted to get the deluxe version of the game. Which is only $10 more. Instead of calling another associate like he did when he didn't know where the game was to begin with. He instead simply told me he couldn't do that. So I asked for my refund and decided to purchase the digital deluxe edition from PS store. Reason for the low stars is because it was obvious this guy wasn't trained. He didn't know where the games were and he didn't even know how to refund me my preorder. So he called another associate on the phone to learn it. But he couldn't learn how to hear a customer out and resolve the situation. He wasn't extremely rude but he wasn't focused on a customer resolution either.    Read moreThe fam and I had a great experience at this game stop location! Lots of fun things for the kids to look at and the have some great deals up right now. I found a great deal on Nintendo Switch controllers, including a Nano switch controller which is a mini version and great for small hands. Got it for $15 and some change. The various prices I found the 4 controllers added up to average out to $31.00 before tax per controller. So a good deal. Customer service was excellent, the stuff knew their stuff and they even tested the PS5 controllers before we purchased one.    Read moreWent in to look at Funko Pops and there was a tall, skinny white guy (I don't remember his name, just general description) unboxing Pops at the front counter. I mentioned the newest Marvel chase pop and he rudely said "uh, yeah it's mine " and took it out, scanned it, put it in a bag and walked to the back. He was highly unprofessional and I feel like there should be a policy where workers are not allowed to purchase Pops while on the clock. If a customer walks in, asks about it and for him to says that then purchase it IMMEDIATELY after asking is just simply rude. I would suggest others to NEVER come to this GameStop if you are looking for any exclusive Funko Pops because this guy ruins it...
