My order was quite frankly allegedly sabotaged. I don't know how you could explain why the bottom half of my burrito was filled with damn hot sauce when I did not add that to my order at all. The only reason I can imagine why this happened is because the damn staff probably thought I was homeless. I was carrying a tote bag so that's probably why they thought I was homeless I'm an artist I like to draw the scenery. I am very much not homeless. it was hot I went to their establishment to get food. I don't know if it was my beard or because I was sweating and not wearing the best clothes but I've been treated like this before at another restaurant because of the tote bag and suspect that's why they sabotage my order.
I believe this was the staff saying "I think your homeless we don't want you here don't come back." By making my burrito this poorly and getting the order wrong in a lot of other ways. Which jokes on you I do have a house, I just wasn't dressed that well that day because I wanted to be comfortable while I was sketching the scenery. if you guys think I'm over exaggerating here here is a picture of the damn burrito below. I also ordered cinnamon twist which I didn't get, all I got was chips and those chips didn't come with the queso that they usually come with. I also wanted guacamole in that order, I opened my burrito and I didn't get guacamole. However since I was tired from trying to find something good to draw I didn't want to bother anybody about this until I start eating the burrito and halfway down I noticed it has a awful lot of hot sauce, and then it starts spilling over the damn paper to where I have hot sauce everywhere and then I open up the burrito and this is what I find a hell of a lot of hot sauce that I know I didn't put on that burrito. You people need to get your damn staff in check.
I was so mad I just threw my damn food away and left and I will never come back and I will also call corporate about this nonsense. This is inexcusable and stupid. And if you people want to judge me on the way I look, well then look in the damn mirror you people should know what it's like to not have a lot and I just want to wear something comfortable because you don't got a lot of money. I bet a lot of you people don't make a lot of money either so you should understand when some people just don't want to dress up for everything so you people shouldn't damn judge! I have a house, I pay my way, and when I give people my money for jobs, I expect them to do what they are hired to do and not sabotage my meal to give me the middle finger.
The only reason I didn't confront the stuff about it is because I'm already hot and sweaty and it probably would have erupted in a shouting match so me being an actual adult is going to complain to corporate about this and you can deal with them. Even if a homeless person did come into your establishment and give you money, you should just shut up! take the money and make the damn food! Because he paid you to do a job! We are paying you to do a job so you can pay your bills, where the money comes from shouldn't matter!!! By the way there was a lot more hot sauce I just flip the tin foil over so I wouldn't get it all over my hands, because I just threw everything in a bag then I decided to get the burrito back out of the bag to take a picture of it for proof and then I just threw the damn thing in the trash and left.
If it wasn't because you guys thought I was homeless and you guys just wanted to sloppily and fill it with something that I clearly didn't order or ADD to make a burrito well you need to be damn fired either way. I don't know if it's because of some stupid judgment that you guys made, or you people didn't feel like doing your damn job but either way this is...
Read moreI'm only giving them 1 ⭐️ because ZERO IS NOT AN OPTION. Everyone is having issues keeping good employees. I get it. This was worth closing rather than being open. They gave us someone else's food and looked at us like we were crazy for still sitting there at the window. "Didn't I give you a bag?," the rude girl asked. We explained we had a mobile order. They proceeded to argue they'd given us our order and say a different name, even though we'd told them our name twice. They finally got the food - no drinks. She slid the window open and looked at us like, "What do you want now?!" My husband told her we had three drinks. She pulled the receipt and started SLOWLY making the two soft drinks and acting like it was the most ridiculous thing she'd ever been asked to do. She handed them to him and slammed the window. We waited AGAIN. She finally saw us and threw it open again. We told her we were missing the unsweet tea. The other lady tried to give her some sort of red drink to give to us. The girl went to make the tea after we reminded her it was unsweet. It came back sweet enough to walk off the table on its own. We promptly handed it back, and what did she do? Poured out the sugary sweet tea and refilled the same cup! She handed it to my husband and slammed the window as hard as she could. Was any of this our fault? It wasn't. We thanked them and held our temper and tone at every step in the process. We understand people have bad days. This was out of control from the minute we drove up and had to wait for such a long time. We won't be back and don't recommend anyone else go here either.
NOTE: I've eaten here before when I was on town on business, and it wasn't much better, but I thought maybe they were having a bad day. At least they weren't as blatantly incompetent and rude. I won't make this...
Read moreSome of the employees were rude to me when I ordered last night. When I asked if it was possible to put diced tomatoes in my tacos, instead of just saying yes or no, the speaker on the other end said "This is Taco Bell. What do you expect?"
When I got my food, I started biting into it to make sure the order was correct. The employee named Chris (I'm not sure if that's how you spell her name), yelled at me so I pulled into one of the parking spots. When I saw there was a mistake, I walked up to the window and informed them there was a mistake. Chris and the other guy at the window tried to get me to go back through the line. It is unacceptable to make someone have to wait in the line again just to make a correction. I kept knocking on the window to find out their names, and they just kept saying go back in the line as if this was an answer to my question.
Luckily, one of the other employees knew what she was doing. She appeared to be the head manager for the night. She did the right thing and brought me out the correct order without me having to go back in the line. She handled the situation exactly the way it should have been handled and is the only reason I'm willing to give this more than one star. Hopefully, the other two employees who were at the window can learn...
