All the positive reviews are true. My 11 year old son and I went on the morning weekday history trip. Thanks to the sponsors it was free. We were both excited to hear the history but now we just feel sorry for paying customers.

As other reviews have stated as long as TWO years ago, your speaker system is inadequate and poor quality. Because of that (and the rudeness of passengers talking) all the good narrative was drowned out or inaudible. And, your staff recognizes the problem but they can't fix it. Only management can fix that.

If your speaker system is effective, people might shut up and listen. It was generally disappointing for us. Had we paid, we would be requesting a refund. Please, this is a SIMPLE problem and easy to fix. Poor public image, especially for tourists who have paid money and driven here specifically to try your product.
