Waxxpot Beavercreek — Attraction in Beavercreek

i have been coming here for over a year now and have never had any issues. i’ve been getting brazilians from madison for about 5-6 months and she’s AMAZING and makes me feel so comfortable every single time. she’s hilarious and very much a girls girl, wants the best for her clients, i’ve never felt judged by maddie and i genuinely love her and look forward to my appointments with her!

i came in for a wax today and i usually love everyone that works front desk. they’re all very sweet and professional. unfortunately, this visit, the young lady at the front desk (i believe she is new) was asleep and had to wake her up to get checked in. i found that very unprofessional and disrespectful to guests. she is very much so old enough to know that is not how having a job works. im in the beauty industry myself and have been a receptionist and i give everyone in the service industry grace, understanding, and i totally get when mistakes happen. BUT NEVER HAVE I EVER been put in the position to have to WAKE UP a receptionist to check me in. that was very uncomfortable, absolutely ridiculous, was not appreciated, and i hope no other guest has to experience this in the future!

besides the unfortunate situation i was put in this visit, i will continue to support madison and highly recommend her...

Umm, I like the idea of waxpott, but I’m not happy with my Brazilian wax results at all. My first wax was in February (a completely different company), and Due to some pregnancy complications, I couldn’t get back within 4-6 weeks. I finally was able to get back to waxing and chose to try waxpott on 4/3. I did not shave, Nair, pluck, etc., in-between time, so the hair was definitely long enough. She told me it would be a few straggler hairs left, which I was okay with. However, when I got home and felt for the smoothness, all I felt was stubble. Finally, today 4/8, I had my boyfriend take a pic, and It was way more than just a “few” hairs here and there. It’s literally patches of hair left in different spots, and lots of strands left at the top. The thing is, the hair is long enough to twist, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t removed. I was also a first-time client and didn’t receive the discount, and I tipped. The girl who did it was really nice and conversational, but I won’t be back.

Update: So, I’ve definitely been back because of the convenience and I’m happy! I had to bounce around to a couple of waxers before finding the perfect one!! Kylie Hoskins...

I went here for an eyebrow wax a little while ago. I told the worker that I did not want my eyebrows any thinner than they were. I just wanted to clean up the ends and edges a bit. I even showed them a picture of how my eyebrows have been done in the past. I really emphasized that I did not want my eyebrows any thinner or much different than they were, but I left with them being half of the size they were when I went in and completely misshapen. The worker was so extremely nice and I hate to complain about someone’s work but I asked for something very simple and instead got a drastic change that I didn’t ask for. I’ve never had this happen before and I cried as soon as I got in my car. I have graduation pics soon and now I’m super insecure about...
