I had planned for nearly 2 months to get my hair done - took the day off and it was my birthday. Never been here before and starting with a new stylist can be daunting. The place was easy to find, got there 30 min before my appointment. When I went to the front desk was greeted professionally and with a smile. Sadly they couldn’t find my name in their system. I was about to freak out because it takes a minute for me to schedule a day off. They asked me to wait a moment to see what they could do. My appointment was at 9am because i had afternoon plans already in place. They came back to me and Jordan kindly opened up a time in his schedule to get me in at 1. They were very apologetic and I completely understand technology doesn’t always work in your favor but the way they took their time and acknowledged how stressed I was — well — they could have easily just said we can reschedule next month. I don’t know about you but when I plan to get my hair done it isn’t very often so it’s like a vacation- no computer, no kids, no work it’s a little self care that we don’t always have time to do. I would highly recommend this place and Jordan was an absolute doll. He listened to my ideas - gave me his suggestions and I walked out of there feeling 10 years younger. I was able to rearrange my afternoon plans and just had the perfect day. My daughter also made an appointment there w coco and she was amazing too! If you are looking for genuinely kind professional stylists who truly care please give House of Hebe a shot. You will not be disappointed. Worst experience. If your natural hair is dark and want lights AVOID this place. I paid just over $400. I was booked for full balayage & roots with Hannah, got half-head foil & roots. Had asked for my faded/orangish lights to be made cool blonde again. I was told by her I have "realistic expectations." I left with my hair TOTALLY burned & my base totally black. My neck/chin & side of the face also black which took over a week to wash off. I reached out to complain about how EXTREME the damage was and how dark my hair looked instead of blonde. Who blackens the bleached hair to then add highlights?! I have had lights for 6 years and never has my hair been damaged like this. They BLAMED me for their incompetence, saying leaving to re-park my car caused over-processing! I was out JUST a few minutes, moving my car from the store-front to the garage under the store. Claimed I didn't communicate I was going out, I had told her when sitting down. I asked for coffee twice, it never came. Could her absent-mindedness be to blame for not remembering I had to go out for a couple of minutes? After many messages, they refused a refund or a gloss. They offered to trim my hair/K18 treatment to REDUCE the damage. I already had an Olaplex treatment elsewhere that had no effect. Why would I trust the same hairdresser with my hair again?! The Only solution now is to get a pixie cut and live with the fried dark hair for many months and spend $$$$ to get my hair BACK to where it was when...

I recently had my hair colored and styled by Hanna and she did a great job! When I arrived at my appointment I was excepting to foil my hair blond like I had been doing forever, but with Hanna's expertise, knowledge and experience she talked me out of it. My hair was so damaged she recommended that I don't bleach it for a while and let my hair get healthy. Then after my hair is healthy we can start putting the blond back in. I knew what she was telling me was the right thing to do. So I took her advice and we colored my hair a beautiful Burnette color. She did such a great job, that when I attended a birthday party the next day for a friend, the girls at the party were asking me where I got my hair done. They loved the Burnette color and told me I should keep it and not go back to blonde. Who knew! So that is what I have decided to do. Maybe this summer I will have her throw some highlights in it but for now I'm staying a Burnette. One by one all the girls from the party have gone to Hanna to try her out and they all now use her as there hairstylists. Some girls have also chosen to change there hair color and some are going with Hanna's recommendation to let there hair grow. Hanna knows her stuff and takes her job to heart.
