Heirloom Catering is simply the best and they are absolutely dedicated to working with you to make your event a success. We have worked with them on three events so far (and counting!) and each time they have gone above and beyond. I very much appreciated their responsiveness when I first reached out to them to request their services, and then their responsiveness in working with us to put together a memorable, delicious menu and thinking of things we would not necessarily thing about to ensure the success of our event. In addition to responsiveness, the food has always been exceptional and cut above the rest in terms of quality and originality. All of our guests raved about the food and felt that it was a special experience. Care was put not just in the making of the food, but it's presentation as well, and that level of care extends to their exemplary service as well, ensuring everything runs smoothly and the elevated experience continues throughout the meal. Wow wow wow! I found Heirloom Catering randomly on Google when searching for caterers in Seattle -- what luck!!

Kirstin and John totally surpassed my expectations for our daily breakfast and lunch catering for a big commercial photo shoot this past week. Event planning is stressful, and their prompt communication really put my nerves at ease prior to the actual event. They were very helpful (and FAST!) with all of the questions I had, and enthusiastically made tweaks to the menus if asked.

Their food was DELICIOUS. My crew (40+ people for three days) was so happy and complimentary of their offerings -- and this can be a picky crowd. Heirloom was great about providing options that were GF/DF/VG if I needed them to be, but making sure they were still tasty and satisfying as a whole.

Erin was on-time (if not early, which I love!) for every meal delivery/set-up -- I was never worried about meals not being ready-to-serve in time. She was cheerful, sweet and professional -- exactly the kind of person you'd want to be representing your company.

Heirloom Catering is phenomenal! We could not be more grateful for Kirsten and John! With only a two week notice, they pulled together the most beautiful and memorable catering service for our wedding. From the very beginning, Kirsten’s serene and peaceful attitude immediately put us at ease during such a stressful timeline. She handled everything with grace and made us feel confident that we were in the best hands.

Not only was the food absolutely incredible (the roast beef sliders were an absolute hit!), but Kirsten and John also seamlessly organized all of the rentals, linens, flatware, and more. Everything looked effortless and cohesive. We chose to do family-style and it was perfect. Everyone loved the warm welcoming atmosphere it created, and it truly made the evening feel so special.

Their staff were just as wonderful! Friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful which made our guests feel taken care of all night long.
