Hot Topic — Local services in Biloxi

Stopped in there yesterday morning. The woman working was an older woman and not the typical hot topic employee. She was well dressed, no tattoos, and only her ears were pierced. To be completely honest, I have high anxiety and it's hard for me to talk to anyone. I have been going to hot topic for almost 15 years and this is the first time where I felt like I wasn't being judged or anything. She was so easy to talk to and she just had the best attitude and personality. I forgot her name but y'all should know who I'm talking about. ABSOLUTE WONDERFUL WOMAN! Keep her! I never write reviews on places. But this woman definitely made it worth it. I don't get out much and I keep my eyes down and my mouth shut when I do. Like I said, high anxiety. She definitely made me feel comfortable. Thank you. A simple conversation with a stranger can go a long way and the words exchanged with this woman made my day! Will go back...

A friend and I had traveled from Birmingham, AL this last weekend for the Falling in Reverse concert — so of course we had to go to HT when we heard there was one. LOVED the OG arch entrance, and the customer service was OUTSTANDING! I didn’t get the girls name who was working the floor, but she was sweet & helpful. And then there’s Vinnie! He went above and BEYOND for us, helped us maximize the best deals and was so friendly, you’d had thought we all knew each other for forever! Yall need to give that man a RAISE!!! Vinnie, my mans, you’re a rockstar!...

My Girl (you now who you are) is the bomb! She always knows her stuff! Always helpful and we’ve gotten to know each other very well. If they don’t have what I need she’s got my back and sees if they can order it or knows where I might be able to find it. All the associates never judge on age or anything like that, even my 73 year old mom gets a kick out...
