It was a uncomfortable time today, Nov. 28th, 2020 around 2:45pm. I was hit in the right upper shoulder & neck by a box that fell off the high shelf while my back was turned reach down on the adjacent lower shelf for a bath mat. One of the workers witnessed the incident, then she was told to stay in the back, so I could not get her name. The cashier told me to report it to another gentleman who worked there, he went to get his supervisor Mousa who I showed him the area & explained what happened. If you buy something and it is not what they offer you, THEY WILL NOT REFUND YOUR MONEY, they give you a thousand excuses and you have to stay with a product that does not work for you, it happened to me with 2 products with false information, the measurements were not correct in the presentation and their argument was that I shouldn't have opened the package. Read moreCame to purchase an a few items for a wedding and one the shirt measurements are incorrect on the packaging. I went to return the items and one of them got denied because the packaging was opened. Now I understand that HOWEVER theres no way to try one that particular shirt style because theres no loose ones to try it one. This is a horrible business practice especially for ones 1st time. From a district managers perspective its priority to make a customer happy and sometimes go against policy if its within reason which in this case it was.
