It's a beautiful church and we decided to stop in to check out the sanctuary and the service. Even though there was a clear sign to enter through the side door, and an employee let us in, we were questioned as to how we got in, why we were there, what kind of masks we're wearing (despite being fully vaccinated) and felt totally unwelcomed. To top it off, when we went to the upper section, we were, in a very obvious way, followed by one of the employees... did they think we were going to steal the pews or something?? In fact, its name, as a religion, "universallist", IS the term for the plane of spiritual progress - of including everyone - above! the age of believers, which was Christianity (they only had one universalist, Jesus). One of the musicians performed a Bob Dylan song in honor of his receiving the 2016 Nobel Prize in Literature "for having created new poetic expressions within the great American song tradition".
