We went to Pearl Street before flying home. It is such a beautiful spot to enjoy an afternoon at a pedestrian promenade. We wish more places we visited (and we've been to a lot of places) had an area like this. There were shops, restaurants, street performers, a large bookstore, and the setting had a nice atmosphere about. Parking on the outside of Pearl Street was a short distance and it was easy to get to since we didn't have a whole lot of time. Read moreReally nice pedestrian friendly walkway with novelty shops, souvenir shops, clothing stores, and restaurants nestled at the foothills of the mountains. When you first come here, you may at first struggle to find parking. There’s one paid parking space a little to the east of the central area of Pearl St that is free to park in during the weekends. I’m sure there’s other spots too.
It’s not as big as I had originally thought, but it’s definitely worth checking out. Next time I come here I really wanna check out more of the shops. Fun place to take...
