Be wary of I Love Your Windows! We were quoted $350 for cleaning all our windows inside and out and was billed almost double that. Asked three times on the phone prior to them showing up if that included all windows, inside and out? Was reassured three times that was correct. Get a quote in writing before proceeding with them. They are known for the "bait and switch" maneuver as seen in other reviews. When they are caught in a lie they make false accusations and assumptions about you. When they came to clean windows they had to be confronted about foot prints on ledges that needed to be cleaned up. Reminded them of windows not to miss and they missed them. Crew bent a window screen when putting back (I witnessed it), confronted crew foreman (owner) about it before them leaving and he said he would come back and fix. Never heard back for several weeks so called office and she said there had been other complaints about bent screens from customers and she would have owner get in touch. Owner came to look at screen and then denied any wrong doing. He said screens were bent before they showed up to clean windows. Not an...
