Norski Sports Copper Mountain — Local services in Frisco

I highly recommend Norski Sports Copper Mountain for ski rental. I recently rented gear for my daughter-in-law while she was visiting. The gear was new and of high quality. The staff was very knowledgable, helpful and friendly. The rental process was very fast and efficient, especially if you take advantage of the available online reservation system like we did. The retail space is newly renovated, very clean and well organized. There is an area for changing into your ski gear and cubbies where you can store your shoes and street gear for the day. The store is adjacent to the Chapel Lot and is very convenient for walking access to American Eagle and Flyer lifts out of Center Village. Overall the rental experience was very pleasant and frustration free, which is not alway the case when renting gear. Would absolutely rent from Norski again....

Answering customer inquiries, documenting problems and reporting problems to supervisors are all tasks that Zach has performed very well. He has a good speaking voice and understands that the “Customer is always right.” We have been pleasantly amazed by some of Zach answers to customer problems.

Problem-solving is one of Zach best attributes. He has discussed recurring problems with customers, sent out technicians and offered cash back to appease customers when necessary. He is very patient. By far the best rental company we've found in our 16 seasons of CO ski trips. As we have grown into a rather large group, with several children of different ages, the rental process is usually a stressful and unpleasant experience. These guys were so gracious and accommodating to our crazy group last year, we drove to Copper to get our rentals there even though we were skiing and staying in Keystone this year. One of those few remaining, non-Vail-resorts-feeling places where you feel like cattle signing property acquisition contracts. 11/10 recommend renting here, their staff is the best and the bang for buck value is great also.
