Lizzie’s is absolutely the best!

My husband and I had our first date at Lizzie’s in January 2023. Not only did we fall in love there over that first date but also many many more. So it was only logical to us to include it into our engagement celebration in some way. Zach and the other employees were so sweet and generous in granting us the opportunity to have our engagement photos taken at the place where we first met. Not only were they as hyped as we were but they also let us sneak in a little before opening to take photos, and made it a point to have the place sparkly and as photogenic as an axe throwing range could be lol.

Of course after our photos were done we had to take an hour to “throw out the jitters” and enjoy a drink or two.

Just know that at Lizzie’s you’ll not only have fun, learn which of your friends or family is actually kinda scary with an axe in their hands, but you also might fall in love (with axe throwing).

I loved the atmosphere of the facility as soon as I walked in, not only that but the greeting and welcome I received as I walked through the door was very homely and welcoming. I was down in Colorado for training and I like to visit different axe throwing venues while I’m away from my hometown venue. Lizzie’s axe throwing wins my vote for best venue in Colorado. When I was greeted by Bill as soon as my foot hit the inside of the venue floor, speaking to him as if I’d known him for years witch is crazy! The help and respect was by far the most welcome out of any venue I’ve been to lately. If your ever curious on any venue in town while visiting please choose this one!!! I really wanted to give this place a good review, but I just couldn't bring myself to do it. I went to Lizzies today and was excited because it was a new experience for me. It started off great and I think I would have had a really good time if it wasn't for a staff member. He was not mean to us but he was being plain rude to his co-worker. If I was an employee and worked with this older gentleman I would have already quit out of respect for myself. I felt terrible for the younger employee. It was surprising that he would act so rude in front of customers. I can only imagine how he behaves when customers are not around. I never write reviews on businesses and I am fairly easy going but this really ruined my experience at Lizzies. I really hope that this man was...
