QDOBA Mexican Eats — Restaurant in Brighton

We have been coming here for years, not often, but maybe twice a year. The reason being, is that it's always FILTHY. I worked at a fast food chain restaurant in my teens, and keeping the lobby clean was a high priority. We went last night at about 5:30 (before the dinner rush, just walked up and ordered), and I thought I'd finally leave a review. Keep in mind, this was before the dinner rush. Every single one of the tables was dirty, covered in food, crumbs, and trash, every single one. We sat at the least dirty table, and wiped it down ourselves. Flies were abundant as well. The floor looked like it had not been mopped in months. Trash, food, grease, dark dirt caked edges and corners on the tiles were the condition of the floor. The glass on the doors was gross, greasy, finger printed, and arm prints all over it. The trash can by the front door was overflowing with trash, and people were just setting trash on the top of the container. The condiment and drink station was so filthy, trash all over, crumbs, dirt, and most of the napkin dispensers were empty. And the employees uniforms were so dirty as well. I did not go in the bathroom, but I'm guessing it would have been similar to the lobby. We go here occasionally, because I like the food, but each time we are grossed out with how dirty it is. Where is the owner, the manager, the district manager?! I would have never been allowed to let the lobby look so bad when I worked at fast food. And this was not an isolated incident, this is how it is every single time, for years. It would be so much better if it were cleaned properly. It needs a good deep cleaning, then it also needs an employee to go out and clean the lobby at the...

First off, I do like QDOBA, however the last few experiences have been very bad. It started when for work one day I decided to order food from Qdoba with Grubhub. I don't know how that works but the food we ordered was not the food we got. Three meals were ordered and all were wrong. The first meal was nachos, and the key ingredient was missing, the chips... after that came my meal, where I ordered a burrito with queso, cheese, beef, and black beans, I got guacamole with no queso and barely any meat. The last order was for my girlfriend, she ordered simply a quesadilla with chicken, she got peppers and onions on it... she is extremely allergic to both and they will give her really bad migraines, she took a bit and soon after had a very bad migraine. Later that same night I am going with a friend to see a movie, he wanted to go to QDOBA so I went with him. They were pretty busy and I only got a Sprite, the problem was that the short girl with glasses that works there is extremely lazy. I ask her for the Sprite and she grabs it, i hand her three dollars and she takes the money puts it in the cash register. The total charge was $2.60, she gives me my recipet and tells me have a nice day, she ignored giving me my change back and walked away to help another customer. I know it was forty cents but it was the fact that she was so lazy and thought it was ok to not do it. That is criminal and stealing, I didn't say anything then but I decided to share...

I used to love coming to this place, I used to come to Qdoba once a week at least. However I wont be coming anymore. To many bad things have happened in the past few months and tonight just topped it. When they first came out with breakfast I ordered a burrito, it was cold. Like not even sitting out room temp cold, like refrigerator cold. Every time I have done an order through the app they have taken a lot longer to prepare. Now today just topped the whole thing. I just ordered a burrito bowl and chips and queso with a bottle of water to be picked up through the app. Got home, no bottle of water. Opened my burrito bowl, looked good. Took 2 bites and the white rice is RAW. It is like they only cooked it for 2 minutes because they ran out. It was still hard. The food was sour and rice was hard. I actually had to throw away the whole burrito bowl. I am now afraid to try the queso and chips I ordered because who knows if they made that properly. It is always a bunch of kids running the place, I never see an adult around. They are always understaffed and overwhelmed with online orders and people ordering in. This was a huge waste of 15 dollars. I have sent emails to them but I doubt I will get a reply since I didn't the last time I sent an email. Sad day to say I will never eat here again. Good thing Chipotle opened up...
