I want to start by saying, I come here at least 3-4 times a month, either with clients, coworkers or personal... this day, April 25th at 2:30 was a personal day with my daughter... I have never had a bad experience until this day and I've always been happy with my orders and completely satisfied... that being said... this day was different.. we ordered one of our many usuals, a bowl with the fruit on top, they're always so good and so pretty to look at also. I added a pic of how the second one looked when the girl (worker) gave it to us. It was not stirred or anything.. I put my spoon in to show how soupy and all the ingredients were at the bottom of the bowl.. the first one she made for us was so runny, I've never even seen a smoothie from this location that runny. 😳 I looked at it, took into consideration the young girls age and since I had already paid and tipped her, I asked kindly if she would please remake or bowl. She immediately came back snarky with, that's what it is. You're not going to get anything different! I said, ma'am, I come here all the time, I know exactly what to expect from a bowl, can you please remake our bowl please. She grabbed the bowl, threw things around out of irration, made another one... still very runny and nothing like a bowl should look. My daughter and I sat there with this runny mess of a thing in front of us and reluctantly ate it. I've never seen this girl in there before and I've always had such great service and our smoothies and bowls are always so good and perfect... I'm not sure what the problem was but there was definitely a problem and it...

Update: I ordered my smoothie at 2:09pm and was told by door dash ten minutes later at 2:19 my order is delayed. He then didn’t get my smoothie until 2:23 fourteen minutes later. The owner is saying my order was done within minutes. It took almost thirty minutes to get my order. I live close to bridge and Safeway. This store is next to the movie theater less than a mile away from my house. Also the owner says it’s my fault I didn’t ask for a straw. So heads up customers this is how you’ll be treated getting a $35 dollar smoothie. Hopefully this owner understands if she wants respect for having a small business you need to treat your customers with respect. I normally love going to this place. However I just spent $35 on three smoothies. I did not get what I ordered and was charged for extra coconut I did not get. We also did not get straws. I will not be coming back to this store. The door dasher said the lady was rude and purposely made my order take longer than what the store agreed to with door dash. Also this is not the correct smoothies they do not taste good. It ice mixed with only bananas. I normally get smoothies here once to twice a week. So will take my money elsewhere. Hopefully the lady gets written up for not doing her job. It is 11-24-24 at...

I’m not often one to write negative reviews, but today I was sorely disappointed by this location. I LOVE coming here despite the awful attitudes of staff. Today, I called at 7:15 to order a smoothie to grab on my way to work. No answer. So I drove by, lights were off and no one was there. It says they open at 7 so I was a little disappointed, but people run late. It happens and I understand that. On my way home from work I called twenty minutes out to order. Showed up and asked how long it would be. The employee said, “oh well I don’t know.” I gave them twenty minutes advanced notice as I had an appointment I needed to be at. I ordered over the phone and asked for and paid for a shot of wheat grass. When I asked about it when she handed my smoothie to me, she looked back and said, “oh I guess we don’t have any.” I had waited ten minutes already and didn’t have the time to hassle with someone who didn’t know what they were doing. I work in the food industry and manage a staff myself, I was sorely disappointed in the way I was treated today. There was no apology, I wasn’t offered a receipt, and when I said “thank you” I didn’t get a response....
