It was late so we went to dinner and Ben was going to talk to his boss and work out a deal. Later that night Ben text me with an offer and I counter offered he said he would text me in the morning and let me know so in the morning I did not hear from him I sent him attacks he said give him an hour he set me back an offer and I realized it was $2000 more than the night Before. I started to ask him questions and he never came back with a correct response after the 8th text message from me I finally found out it was not even the same car that I test drove or that I made the offer on. So now we've been texting back-and-forth for 30 minutes and he finally after I pin him down said the car I wanted was sold and he was giving me prices on another vehicle not even close to what I wanted. I got extremely upset and asked him why he would not have told me and he told me I was not comprehending him so I told him I had no desire to do business with earnhardt ever and hung up on him. Read moreThis really is not my favorite store. I would shop here more, but...Parking lot is too busy to maneuver around safely, especially entering/exiting from Yuma. Carts are sometimes broken or hard to push. Store is always crowded, and the amount of foot traffic always makes the store seem dirty. Weird placement of categories, so kind of hard to find things. I prefer self-checkout, but usually the lines are super long and lines cross and block the walkway. I hadn't been in the store for months, so here's a new thing: I was going to buy desserts from the bakery thar were on sale. As I checked out, the original price rang up. Not only do you need a shoppers card, you now need to have digital coupons.🙄😒 The scanner machine is usually very slow, but talks as if shoppers are dumb. I called and made an appointment for a groomers mid October to get my dog groomed, they told me I needed to update his shots (understandable) before I could get him groomed. But they didn't have any grooming appointments open until almost a month later. So I scheduled his shots and grooming to be the same day. A month goes by and the day finally comes I can get my dog his haircut! So I take him down there and we get his shots done and I'm asking about his grooming appointment and somehow they "forgot" to schedule the grooming. So now my poor dog who can't even see cuz his hair is so long, now has to wait another week to see the groomers!
