I have been coming here since January 2021, and as I understand they have a $50 deposit-- I let them know my uncle passed away and was unable to give a 24 hour notice. The receptionist was very rude over phone and told me I would not be receiving my deposit back. Therefore I paid another $50 to book my microshading appointment making it $750 total instead of $700 and a tip as well. I went for my 6 week appointment and it went okay in March. And as I realized my eyebrows needed a touch up-- I called and was told I would be paying $150 for a 6 month touch up. I was then told it was mandatory to book an appointment with the same technician-- and my technician only worked Mon-Fri. As I only work Mon-Fri and live over an hour away, I had to call off of work to come in. I was then given a 8:30 appointment. I got there early at 8:15, as I called and let them know I was already here due to the door being locked. I was told by the receptionist that my technician was aware. I called again at 8:30 as it was the time for my appointment, and still had not seen my technician open the building as there was no one inside. The receptionist told me she had already informed my technician. At 8:45 I see my technician getting out of her car. This was disrespectful as they could have informed me she was running late instead of lying to me keeping me outside in the cold. Then when it was time to pay, the receptionist told me it would be $200. I told them that I was told it would be $150, and they said that was "standard"-- due to me coming in 9 months after. I told them they could have easily told me this over the phone as I have been speaking to them through the phone. They have lack of communication and have disorganization-- as they are also money-stealing as I have been more than understanding and have always tipped and never complained over pricing until now. They will take advantage of their customers through their time and money. Please don't come here, find somewhere else to fulfill your services as I will not be...
Read morehi, please do not come here. Here is my experience, it was absolutely horrible and caused mental health problems for me for MONTHS!!! from how bad my experience was. “Nurse” Alex DeLeon botched me. I asked if she can give me a non surgical nose job and she said she can. I went in for a consultation and told me I can trust her, so i did. BIG mistake. I got the filler, thinking it would give the illusion of a smaller nose, she told me I needed a FULL syringe of filler which I already didn’t think was necessary but I decided to trust the “nurse”. My nose ended up being HUGE and hooked. It completely changed my appearance. I cried everyday, I felt depressed, I even stopped hanging out with friends and family because I was ashamed of my face. I went in after 3 weeks because the huge nose hadn’t gone down. She told me it was just swollen and an allergic reaction. My nose looked the same after a month. I went to FIXMEUPLA (amazing place, search them on instagram) and all the staff there agrees that Alex DeLeon took advantage of me and my hard earned money. FixMeUpLA dissolved the filler for me and my nose is nearly back to normal. Not exactly, but 100% better than how Nurse Alex treated me. I learned to appreciate my nose the way it is because of how horrible and botched I looked afterwards. I should have taken it as a red flag when a friend told me that Alex DeLeon offered to give her botox treatment OUTSIDE of Eyecandy ( as a side hustle ) and would charge my friend cheaper at her house. My friend was smart enough to say no to her. Do not come here, as their nurse are horrible people and money hungry. A true nurse or doctor will tell you if a certain procedure does not fit your face. Clearly, this evil woman only cared for the money to pay her rent. Sad sad place do not come here, they are thieves and you will find yourself looking...

I was so excited to find this place, it's 5 minutes from my house and their botox intro offer was a great price. The office is clean and comfortable but that's about all the positive I can say.
I arrived 10 minutes early but they took me back at least 20 minutes late. Once the nurse took me back everything felt rushed. It didn't seem like she was interested in answering my questions or actually helping me achieve the results I was looking for.
Like I'm trying to reduce the appearance of my forehead wrinkles and all she told me was things that wouldn't help, nothing that would. When she asked me to make facial expressions so she could take pictures, it felt like she was annoyed that I couldn't do them right which only made me anxious. Neurodiverse people don't do well under pressure so sorry I couldn't perform on command.
She marked my face but didn't even bother giving me a courtesy warning before sticking the needle inches away from my eye. And there was a tip jar on the counter which made me think, "Are they not being paid a liveable wage?" I've never seen that in a Healthcare office.
It also didn't seem like they had any interest in me returning because I listened to the receptionist tell the person before me about the rewards program, but she didn't offer it to me. No, "Would you like to make another appt?" Nothing, just here's how you pay, kbye.
While I had been waiting I saw that they offered additional things like B12 shots which I'd planned on asking about but after feeling like I wasn't wanted there I just left. I have bright pink hair and a half shaved head so maybe they just don't want people like me as clients so I guess I'll just have to keep going back to Newport for my botox...
