Awful experience trying to get furniture delivered from this store. The actual in-store experience was fine, but everything after purchasing the furniture has been a nightmare.
I ordered a bed frame and was given a delivery date, and was told to have the space clear so they could put together the new one. So the night before we disassembled our old bed frame and gave it to a friend of ours. Once the delivery drivers got there they said sorry, we only have part of the bed and can't assemble the rest. Worse, they said they knew part was missing earlier that morning, but their manager said to just "deliver it anyways and have the customer call customer service" So we had to call and go back and forth for almost an hour before they would finally agree to a small refund for our troubles.
Meanwhile the rest of the bed frame wasn't going to arrive for 6 more days, so until then we had to just throw our mattress on the floor and sleep that way. Finally when it arrived, the delivery drivers took it out and found there was a huge chip of wood off of it, which looked awful. They ultimately put it together, since I didn't want to wait for who knows how much longer sleeping on the floor, but now we have to wait yet another week for the replacement bed frame to come.
That's the third time now we've had to change our schedules and take time off of work to be here when a delivery arrives, which is an extra hassle on top of everything else.
The delivery drivers themselves were nice and professional about everything, but whoever runs the warehouse has serious problems.

Read moreI am extremely disappointed with my experience at Bob’s Furniture. I purchased a sectional for $4,010 on 8/23/25, and was promised that the entire sectional would be delivered before the start of the football season on 9/4/25. That date came and went, and I received no communication about the missing end piece of my sectional.
When I followed up, I was told it would finally be delivered on 9/17/25. I explained multiple times that I needed delivery no later than 4:00pm, because I had to pick up my daughter at 4:30pm. Despite this, the delivery team called me at 5:00pm saying they were at my home, and of course, I wasn’t there. I even called the delivery center twice that day to make sure the timing was clear, yet no one helped.
To make matters worse, the staff I dealt with were rude, unhelpful, and completely dismissive of the situation. As of today, I still do not have the missing piece of my sectional.
This is not the level of service anyone should expect after spending thousands of dollars. The lack of communication, broken promises, and poor customer service have been beyond frustrating. I would not recommend Bob’s...
Read moreI purchased a number of items A few weeks ago. It took two weeks to get delivery set up. I paid for white glove service. when they came out to deliver it, they did not have all of the items. After spending a frustrating hour trying to get a hold of somebody in the delivery department I was told that it’s sitting in the warehouse, they forgot to load it on the truck. but the guys have already left for the day. I suggested when they finish unloading their truck they go back and pick my stuff up and bring it later today they said they cannot do this and want to schedule it for another week out. You made a mistake and have an opportunity to fix it, resulting in a happy customer, but you refuse to do it. Very frustrated with the delivery process will not do business with Bob’s again.
P.S. The delivery guys did not have all the items on their manifest. Whoever is running, this warehouse is an idiot and needs to be demoted. I will be sticking with Hom furniture, Schneiderman’s and Becker’s in the future. I never had any delivery issues from any of these...
