Bay Area Whole House Fans — Attraction in Campbell

I had a really positive experience with Bay Area Whole House Fans and recommend them highly. First, Mike the estimator was very thorough, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions factually. He did a thorough assessment of my home and attic, including measuring its vent area and sizing the fan appropriately. He also determined and shared with me where to place the fan and how to wire it. The company quickly gave me a very reasonable quote and was able to schedule the installation only a couple weeks after the estimate. Brian and Andy did a very professional installation (see photo) and completed the work in only 2 hours including showing me how to use the fan and answering my questions. They left my house and driveway completely clean too. The don't have the fanciest vehicles but they have highly competent people who do great work at very reasonable cost.

The whole process was easy and informative. Bay Area WHF came out for an estimate to look around our attic space and ensure our house was a good candidate for a fan, and recommend any additional work like insulation and venting. A few days later we received a quote and were scheduled for an installation. The installation team of two guys came at 7am and were finished installing the fan around 11am. They gave a quick intro on how to use the fan, cleaned up very well after themselves, and went on their way. 10/10 would recommend this company if you’re looking to add a whole house fan.
