EDIT 8/1/22: I was called by Julie from this business apologizing for everything. She gave me a 100% refund, so I'm happy with that. I'm bumping up my review from this, as my best friend has been here twice and has nothing but good things to say about this place. So I think I just got unlucky. ________________________ 7/31/22: Today was my first time going here, and I wanted to splurge and pay a bit more than I normally would for a pedicure. This place has a high rating, and I decided to get the Special Oxygen Pedicure ($77) plus the amount needed for them to remove my gel polish. I got an elderly man working on me, and nearly right away I could tell I'm not going to get my money's worth. I told him I wanted him to cut my toenails down as far as they could go, and he did that on my left foot, but not my right. I had to ask him to cut down my right big toe because it was significantly longer than my left. The Special Oxygen Pedicure advertises a 10 minute long foot massage, and I definitely didn't get that. A few times my guy would get up and walk away, and I wouldn't see him for several minutes. When it came time for him to paint my toenails, I told him I just wanted white nails. And boy, did he struggle to paint my nails. The paint itself was gooey, and I already thought it was an old bottle. When he left me alone for my toes to dry, I sat there . . . And sat there . . . And sat there. I could tell he had not done a clean job of painting them, but I was just crossing my fingers that they would dry. Then a woman came up and helped me put my flip-flops on. I told her I didn't think my nails were dry and she told me to sit there for as long as I needed. Another few minutes pass, and finally I reach down and barely touch a nail. Wouldn't you know it, it was wet and gooey. The man who did my toes came over and told me to wait a bit longer. Eventually even he couldn't deny that something wasn't quite right, and the same lady as before came over. I thought she would take off the old, gooey polish and start over with another bottle of white polish, but nope. She went and got a different bottle of white polish, but instead of taking off the gooey polish, she just paints over it with another coat of white polish and another coat of top coat. So in total, there was 1 coat of base coat, 3 coats of white polish, and 2 coats of top coat on my nails. Now, I'm not a nail tech, but I've been painting my nails most of my life and even I know that's too many coats. I even said multiple times that I thought something was wrong with the original white polish, but no one listened to me. I sat there even longer waiting for all those coats to dry, and finally the same lady came over, put my shoes on, and told me I was good to go. I was there for about 2 hours. Most of that was dealing with the polish issue. In total, I paid $97. About an hour after I got home, the side of my right big toe smudged, because (of course) it was too many coats of polish.

Beautiful and clean facility with very nice, friendly staff, has a cute little coffee/tea bar. My issue was with the dishonest/rip off way in which they charge that was super off-putting to me. I've been getting my nails done for 15 years and it has always been the expectation that the cost of the full-set/fill includes: 1. Cost of product (tips, acrylic, paint, gel, Polish, ect.) and 2. Cost of labor (application, filing/shaping, buffing, painting). With an additional fee for designs, speciality polish/gels, ect. Totally acceptable and reasonable. ^^^ I got a fill for $45 I think (which is high for a fill as is) and $65 for my daughters full set. Then for my daughter rather than the flat fee of $5 for the design, it's $5 per nail... Then on top of that I was charged $4 for her short length nail and $4 in addition to that, for round shape. Why?? No extra product was used and it did not take any additional time to shape (she was actually finished with her full set before I was for my fill) so why the extra cost?? The shape and length should be covered in the labor part of the $65 fee. If they think their time/talent is worth it and want to change $75 for a full set okay, fine, own it- and just charge that. But they know that is rediculous and overpriced and that most people are not going to pay that, because a tip is required in addition to that. So instead they try and hide it by sneaking in stupid little fees here and there for basic things that should be included in the first place. Nothing against the people who did mine and my daughters nails, they were both great! Very talented people who did a wonderful job and were very kind and friendly. Unfortunately I will not be back and will opt to go to a place that is honest and straight forward about cost.

I've been getting services here for almost 4 years since they opened their doors. I've been happy, especially with Sam when I get paired with him. My husband buys me gift cards here and it's always fun to treat myself with them. Never an ossue. Last week, the last gift card I got for my birthday was not honored. My husband paid 150$, through the Chandler location website, using the platform they chose, Fresha. I was told they no longer accept these gift cards because a different owner took over the Chandler location and these prepaid gift cards only benefit the Gilbert owner. I pointed out that it wasn't a Gilbert giftcard, but indeed Chandler and still valid. It doesn't expire til Decenber of 2025. The front desk spoke to the owner with my phone in hand showing the valid gift card and I was still denied. Sadly, I cannot continue to support this business when they stuck me with a 120$ service bill and didn't allow my valid gift card to cover the bill. They said the owner can't recoup the $ and they no longer use the system for Fresha. I politely responded, that's an internal problem and shouldn't affect the customer. Me. Make it right. I shouldn't have to eat the 150$. They refused. I paid and tipped and left. I will not longer recommend or book services here.

I will start by sharing that I have been going to the GFN location in Gilbert for over 5 years and have had exceptional quality of both service delivered and customer service at that location in my time there. This location, however, was severely disappointing and downright lacked all of the quality services that I have come to expect from this business. I will NOT be coming back to this location. Do not let the exterior fool you; their customer service is minimal and they will lack the appropriate communication skills and time management to honor your scheduled appointment.

I scheduled two pedicure appointments for 5 pm on 4/9/2025. Upon arrival, it took approximately 10 minutes past our appointment time to be seated; not completely unexpected, but communication would have been helpful. Once my friend and I were seated in our chairs, it took until 5:20 pm before anyone came to share with us that they were running behind. At that time, they began soaking the gel polish off of my toes. Around 5:40 pm, they began the pedicure for my friend (40 minutes after the appointment started) and I was still sitting there until around 5:50 (30 minutes to soak the gel polish off my toes) before they began. In the middle of all of this, another patron started their pedicure, while I was still waiting for someone to even take care of the polish or communicate with me who was going to begin my pedicure.

At that point, I asked the tech if we could just revise my requested pedicure, as they were running almost an hour behind and by the time I would even start the actual pedicure, my friend would have to wait for me to complete the rest of my pedicure. The tech then did a gel polish change and an abysmal job of taking care of my calluses. In the time it took for the tech to complete my gel polish change, my friend completed their entire pedicure and the other patron started and completed their pedicure.

Upon check out, they charged me for an "express pedicure," gel removal, gel polish change, and callus removal, totaling almost $60. When I asked why they would charge such an amount when it was due to their lack of coordination in scheduling that caused me to have to completely adjust my appointment and experience, they stated the only thing they could do is charge me for the gel polish change ($32), gel removal ($5) and callus removal ($10). When I noted that this was almost the cost of my friend's pedicure and I got much less of an experience due to their inefficiencies, waited for almost an hour before my "pedicure" began, and they left me sitting there without regard, I was offered a measly 10% discount on the itemized bill they provided to me. Never mind that they also stated they would not honor my stamp card for pedicures (that I regularly get at the Gilbert location) because it was a different location.

I am entirely disappointed in this location and the experience I had. From the timing, inefficiencies, lack of communication, and disregard for their customers experience, this is not the Greenfield Nails that I have come to know and love. I was so excited to bring my friend here because I assumed it would have the same quality, customer service, and communication I have come to expect from the GFN location in Gilbert; I was wrong. I will never come back to this business; don't let the fancy exterior fool you. They will leave you sitting there with no communication, will not acknowledge their faults, and will not do anything to make it right to the customer, charging you an arm and a leg for a low...

Came in to get my nails done before my wedding and was super excited, especially since this place had great reviews. The tech that did my pedicure did great, but the tech who did my nails got visibly frustrated when I asked her to fix something the depth of the nail (the powder was caked on and uneven). She then did not coat my whole nail bed with polish so I asked her if she could redo the nail. When she went to fix it she ended up putting on more coats of the shear pink that I wanted (instead of filing off and repainting which I asked for) which changed the entire color of the nail. I once again requested this be fixed because it looked different than all the others. Still frustrated, she went to town with the electric file on my cuticles and underneath my nail bed, causing the skin to be raw and bleed. In doing so, she filed the nail length down making it visibly shorter than the rest, and I hesitated to ask again that she just redo it. Instead of doing so, she packed on powder and caked it into where my skin meets my nail. It was clear that she was trying to be rough with my nails at this point, which put me in tears. I requested to talk to management, and she told me that “management wouldn’t do anything for me” and that “she’s fixing it”. But after bleeding and having such a horrible experience, I told her I would prefer to speak to someone. Management was very kind and after some back and forth they said they would fix my nails and not charge me. A very nice nail tech did fix my nails, and then when I went to pay for my pedicure I was charged full price for my nails as well, plus a “callous removal fee” (which is listed as an included service on their pedicure menu). I asked the attendant about not being charged for the nails (because they said they wouldn’t charge me) and she said “well we fixed them”. At this point, I was incredibly disappointed and didn’t have the energy to argue. I had planned to write a review about my experience regardless, but did plan on including how pleased I was with the way management handled my very negative experience, but to then have them go back on their word and charge me full price was just bad business. Super disappointed that I’ll now have sores on my fingers because of an angry nail tech only to pay full price...
