Ross’s Landing is one of the most vibrant spots in Chattanooga. The Passage , which is a beautiful historical water 🌊 walk is next door.There are nice apts. townhomes, restaurants, hotels, theaters, and sportbars in the area. This Park 🏞️ is also adjacent to our Southern Bell Riverboat. This includes a riverboat cruise. There are nice restaurants inside the boat 🚢⛵ dock without cruising. There are very nice piers used for fishing , boating, and walking the area. The playground is very nice, and safe away from the road. This is completed with slides , swings, and merry go rounds. This area is also convenient for concerts, iron men competition, beautiful views, and for just observing people. There are places to sit and hang out enjoying nature and the river. You can easily get to the Aquarium, Hunter Museum of American Art and the Walnut Street Pedestrian Bridge. We walked around the park in the late evening and felt safe the entire time we were down there. There were people all around and with the fact that they light the sidewalks very well I never felt like someone could be off to the side waiting for someone to walk by.
