NeeSee's Dresses — Attraction in Cheyenne

BUYER BEWARE!! No refund policy and you pay out of your own pocket for mailing anything back to receive Neeses Dresses store credit. This company is run by liars and bullies. In May 2018, I purchased $285 of merchandise not realizing they issue store credit only. I returned the merchandise, and after several emails requesting a refund, (Neeses issued me a gift certificate of $5.00 originally, not for $285, when I applied it to their site.), I posted a Google Review. Neeses Dresses then promised me a refund if I changed my review. I changed my review reflecting their willingness to work with me but left it at one star, due to having to fight so hard to get anywhere with the company. They sent me a refund confirmation, saying it may take a few days depending on my bank. They also sent a separate email after the refund confirmation, saying I needed to either delete my review or change it to 4 stars. Two months passed with constant calls to my bank, who confirmed no refund had ever been placed by Neesees. Contacted Neeses again in Jul 2018-asking them what my order status was-2 months with no merchandise, refund or gift certificate is RIDICULOUS. Neeses informed me again they would refund my entire order if I deleted my Google review or changed it to 4 stars. They said if I did not change it, I could use the new gift certificate they attached in an email, but said again they would refund if review was changed. To further placate the bullies, I changed it to 4 stars and removed all text within it, and sent them 2 emails in 2 weekdays informing them I had complied again with their demands. Neeses ignored 3 total emails from me. Out merchandise and money, I attempted to use the last gift certificate they sent. Order finally shipped- but some items were not quite as pictured and too big. So I sent in a $150. Order. This was ridiculous to me! I told them that I would have never participated in this deal had I know that someone else was going to pick a dress out for me! They refused to allow me to pick out a dress. So they sent me a cheaply made ugly dress, that I would have never picked out for myself, and doesn’t fit! Then they came out advertising for another big sale and in that advertisement they also had the same $85 purchase and you get a free dress add. But the wording in this new ad funny to say was completely different! They were much more specific in this ad that they would choose the dress for you. I guess I helped them become more aware of their misrepresentation!!...

While I think that Neesees has some wonderful dresses their Customer Service is TERRIBLE. I purchased a dress from them in March for a Wedding in April. I wore the dress one time and had not worn it again until 2 weeks ago. When I put it on I immediately noticed that there was pilling EVERYWHERE. When I contacted them and sent them pictures, all they could say was sorry it was passed the return deadline and here's a gift card for not even half the value of the dress so I could buy another one... why would I want to buy another dress from them when my last one was terrible and I paid $60 for a dress that I got to wear ONE TIME. No thanks. Hard pass.

*Edited to add 1 Star. The company did reach out to me again after this Review and send me a giftcard for the rest of my Original order. While I do feel grateful that at least I was able to buy another dress, I still believe that their customer service could have been better. They kept repeating to me the Return/Exchange policy when I had never even asked for a refund at the time. I do not enjoy that it took a negative review on Google to take anything seriously, especially after the multiple reviews I tried to leave on their website were erased.
