Do yourself a favor and go to one of the other shops. There is a much better option a block around the corner. Figured I’d give the place another chance and stopped in tonight. Since that was only fair as the other night in what I find to be the new definitive game shop, I was complaining about past experiences I had here. Shop was empty except for a single table being used blocking the only thing I really came in to look at. Whatever, not a huge deal as it’s not the shops fault for where anyone decides to play. The kid working the counter however looked beyond high and became more preoccupied with staring at his phone than assisting me with getting anything. I understand that another person had come up and I believe they might have been trying to look something up, but if he had been sober, he likely wouldn’t have had such a hard time running the counter. Again, I have dealt with my fair share of high employees and frankly this would have been fine if it wasn’t for the majority of the card sleeves being behind the counter, forcing you to deal with them. Given the comment history of the owner I can’t wait to see what excuse is given for my review. Never a sign of a good store when the owner feels the need to attack every bad review. Shop has been going down hill for years and frankly I don’t see them lasting...

when you make an appointment to have someone look at a collection of jersey & helmet & bat cards .... and they are 2 1/2 hours late. Then don't even give you the time of day after telling you to drive 1 hr to get there. I will be shopping at a different card shop in the future. In the 1 1/2 hours I was sitting there the lady turned away several paying customers. They need to work on there customer service. Buy your cards on Amazon and Ebay you will save a fortune and you won't have to deal with the lack of customer service. 1 star

I'm not making up lies. I scheduled ahead with whoever was on Facebook messenger they knew I was driving from laramie. Told me you would he there after 3. I drove up there to find out you don't get there til after 5pm. When you showed up you were rude. I would never sell my cards to you or shop at your shop. You are a very rude owner. And not to mention you can buy the cards you sell online way cheaper. Your staff was turning people away because they didn't have cash. I sat there for 2 1/2 hours. Terrible service. My son is trying to collect sporting cards and experience buying and selling. Two nights in a row he’s called this place and gotten the run around. Last night they said the “boss” would be in around 6. We get there and they’ve closed. Tonight he called and they said sometime between 6-7. We got there 615 or so and waited. The “boss” called sometime in that time frame and we heard the conversation where the worker told the boss he’s got some people who want to trade cards. The worker then asked what time will you be in and the boss didn’t give a time. Knowing he’s got people waiting to see him, as a shop owner wouldn’t he say oh please come back at x:xx time? Or sorry don’t waste your time waiting for me. Instead we waited and waited and finally left after an hour of sitting there. Unreal terrible service. Only shop in town he can do what he wants I suppose but probably don’t waste...
