Dyana was incredible for my entire experience. If you are a plus size girlie in need of a dress for a wedding or special occasion fret not there are sizes for us! The dresses/gowns etc are beautiful and there's a wide range of selections. As I needed this for a friend's wedding it was important to me to stick to a budget. I got really lucky and found two dresses in the clearance rack. One for the wedding and one for just because given it was on clearance. Dyana advised she could alter my dress and it would be ready Monday. All in all I loved the experience. I preferred the quiet to a bustling davids bridal and I can come here for my daughters home coming and prom needs. I wish i could give this store a 0 star rating. I had the worst customer service that i have ever had in my entire life. They gave me false information when it came to ordering a dress out of the catalog, and never mentioned the fact that there are no returns or refunds of any sort. They were extremely rude and unprofessional when it came to my request for a dress to be returned. I am never going back to this store, and I suggest no one else should either. It is a waste of money and time to just receive poor customer service in the end. 0 stars...

Our visit here was great and to see the lady actually working on the clothing doing the alterations was very neat to see. The store is very clean and carries some of the most beautiful dresses for all occasions, and the prices are very well into anyone's budget the the quantity is definitely higher than 5 Stars!
