Bath & Body Works — Attraction in City of Yonkers

The sales staff on the floor are Amazing. They are truly shining stars. They are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. However the "managers" on Tuesday June 6, 2023 at around 2 pm are UNPROFESSIONAL. There was about 12 people on line and 2 cashiers. The managers were milling about near the line and close to the cashiers and registers. They were chatting and kervetching about this and that. They were ringing up their "friends" stuff as we waited on line. Instead of jumping on a register to help thin the line, they decided to play unprofessional. I won't return to a place that doesn't respect my time. It's unfortunate because as I mentioned, the sales people on the floor are simply adorable. They get a 10. The unprofessional managers...

I like coming to this shopping center. Bath & Body Works here is great. Always stocked. Easy layout. Friendly staff. When they have a crazy sale, come quick if you want to get a good pick. They sell out quickly. And if that fails, go online and shop there. That's what I did on their last semi-annual sale. I caught it on the last day and really needed body sprays. In store I racked up on hand sanitizer and hand washes.

For 50$ I racked up so much on-line! I got like 6 body sprays, 3 body washes, 3 plug in refills and a pink pineapple plug in. Awesome.

I was there fe minutes ago, and My friend was asking ME TO ASK THE EMPLOYEE with the candle was 12 she was thinks it was 3 for 12 she was asking me in Spanish for me to ask the cashier in English, but the next cashier explain my friend that it was one for 12, and then she make a racism comment about the language , first my friend was talking to me in Spanish not her , and I was asking her something in English to let her know I understand was she was saying , she have to be careful nit becuase she heard someone talking Spanish it doesn’t means they don’t talk English she has blonde curly hair she is young girl .
