The blonde girl is EXTREMELY rude. Opened late every single day.
Edit 07/28/25: I felt the need to add on after management’s response. I stayed at the Hilton last week, from 07/20 to 07/26 for reference. The blonde girl with the gold “E” necklace should not be in any sort of customer facing job. She was extremely vile to speak to. I came down a few times hoping to get on a kayak or paddle board (because Hilton members get this perk for free between 10 AM and 12 PM everyday). I did not get to do this one single time during my stay because every time, the water wouldn’t be “safe enough.” There would be a green flag posted by lifeguards everyday, deeming the water safe. It wasn’t safe enough to paddle board, but they’d still be sending people out on jet skis and the banana boat? How was it safe enough for that? What a coincidence; only the expensive activities were available! And the gag is, everyday after 12, people who would pay would be sent out on paddle boards and kayaks. Seems intentional, but whatever. When I politely shared my frustrations with one of the team members, the blonde girl who was helping another person paused her conversation with them, and proceeded to yell at me, saying “well if you came earlier, we were sending people out.” No… this was not the case. I’d be at the beach everyday at 8 AM, and they would never show up until 11 (and still wouldn’t send people out). I would also understand if the water was dangerous… but there was a green flag literally everyday besides the first day of my trip. This employee’s tone was extremely disgusting towards me the entire week. If I were rude, I’d understand, but I literally felt targeted by this employee. I ended up going on the jet skis on my last day and I did enjoy that, but it sucks that I did not get to try out anything else due to this employee’s attitude and work ethic. She should not be in any sort of customer service period. If you have the chance to rent ANYWHERE else on Clearwater, do yourself a favor and go to a place where people treat paying customers with respect. Not here, where they’ll talk down to you like...
Read moreKeep away from them and go somewhere else. Had a very unpleasant experience with this company. I live in the Tampa Bay area and went with my family visiting from out of town. We were a group of 5 adults over the age of 31. They talked to us and treated us like we’re children. Beginning with the blonde girl at the counter. She was very apathetic and condescending. Then while riding jet skis, Dylan came to each one of us and talked to us in a reprimanding and sarcastic tone (again, like we’re children) asking us if we know English and we know what 100 yards is and if we read the safety instructions (to which we did as we had to take the boaters test). You are supposed to keep 100 yards from other vessels and jet skis. There were many other jet skis and vessels riding and going in many directions which was hard to keep away from all of them as everyone is making different turns but somehow WE were the ones getting in trouble as it seems WE had to predict their sudden turns and stay 100 yards from the rest of the folks. I understand their concern over safety but there are ways to say things. Dylan was extremely rude and talked to all of us like we were idiots and made the experience a non enjoyable one. Not to mention we paid for 30 mins and they took us out in about 20, one of us was keeping time and also another potential customer was interested in booking with them and he also kept time of us and told us we didn’t ride 30 mins. It seems like they begin timing you since you put on your life jacket, go over the rules briefing and board the jet skis. These people lack some serious customer service. I’ve ridden jet skis before and has always been fun and the guides have always been nice but this was by far the worse jet ski experience I’ve ever had. You can tell the staff doesn’t like dealing with tourists....
