Just experience some of the most disappointing service at Twister Treat. The staff, who are meant to be the face of the establishment, are unfortunately the embodiment of rudeness and disrespect. Their lack of courtesy and professionalism left me feeling unwelcome and uncomfortable.

The employees' inability to follow straightforward instructions is baffling. It's a simple concept, yet seemed to be an insurmountable task for the individuals I encountered. Their dismissive attitudes only added insult to injury, leaving me wondering if customer service is a forgotten art at Twister Treat.

Concern Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Treatment

I am writing to express my deep concern about an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your establishment. I was met with a supervisor who, in a dismissive and unprofessional manner, informed me that the business is family-owned and that I would need to return in the morning. She then laughed at me. This interaction was not only disheartening but also witnessed by my 6-year-old child, who asked, “Why is she talking to you like that, Daddy? She’s mean.” It was a moment that left both of us feeling disrespected and unwelcome.

As a biochemist and the husband of a dedicated nurse, I found the supervisor’s demeanor and tone to be condescending, as if I were uneducated or undeserving of basic courtesy. This location is privately owned not run by corporate twistee treat. While they have an amazing selection on their menu unlike other locations. I have noticed things wrong and the last one made me choose to never return

Ive gotten many milkshakes in the past and one time it tasted watered down. After talking to various employees i was told the owner mixes water with their borden ice cream cartons to "make milk".

Not only do they "make milk" when they are out of it. The owner instructs employees to not throw away expired milk. Owner said the dates on gallons are the sell by dates.

After watching an employee lift the gallon from under the center front fridge under the counter. I saw the expiration date showing the milk was nearly 7 days beyond the expiration date. That was the last straw.

The only thing that makes this place worth it are the kind employees and menu. Not all employees are kind either. Be wary of the lady driving the twistee treat truck as well. She's the one that lets these things happen taking advantage of kids who wont stand up for themselves.
