The Dean Rufus House Of Fun — Attraction in Cleveland

I was in the "Fun house" today and what a wonderful experience.

Wonderful variety of clothing, video's, "adult items", and much more.

It was fun just to walk around and look at everything and I was fortunate enough to meet Dean himself at the counter.

I've never felt more comfortable and welcome in a business in a very long time.

Dean and I spent a long time talking about everything from the history of the neighborhood, to the Gay Community of Cleveland, which I'm a proud member, and many other subjects.

He spent all the time I need to explain their inventory and offered several times to help me find items.

It was a more than pleasant experience, it was downright fun.

I will definitely be returning and telling my friends about the store.

Even in Pandemic times, Dean has gone above and beyond with Customer Service- curbside service and masked service inside available. Yesterday I visited the titular House of Fun again. As always it's full of wonderful curiosities. There is always something that tempts me, like the impulse buy when checking out at the grocery store. Not only did I get what I came in for, but Dean also helped me pick out the right item after I hemmed and hawed for 5 or ten minutes.

He is super friendly, concerned for the welfare of his community and his customers. I was thrilled by the "personal shopper" level of customer service and the friendly, helpful vibe from Dean and the shop in general.

House of Fun is the kind of place where you can not only find what you are looking for, you might even find what you need, but didn't know you even wanted it yet. If you come back a few times you might even find a new friend or two...
